When jieun showed up as I watched for the first time I was honestly like “who is this?” Because I hadn’t seen her the entire time I really hope they both get the recognition they deserve in the next comeback

Yok : Not fair for Jieun, but i checked Dreamcatcher's line distribution when they debuted, Handong got less than 5% in Chase Me (Siyeon got more than 30%). Now in BEcause, Handong got 15% when Siyeon got 18% which is extremly fair for a 7 member group. I hope Jieun will shine like Handong is shining nowadays. Purple Kiss is a great group with 7 talented members, but they're still a new group. I guess RBW focus on the members they think are the most talented, or.. most appealing for the audience. (they need money ^^) The day Purple Kiss will have a strong fanbase, I guess they will let Jieun and Ireh shine more. jieun is an absolutely amazing vocalist and she deserves so much better. it’s not just line distributions - she’s barely center and she gets unfair screen time. she’s an amazing performer and has so much potential. rbw could have easily given some of swan and goeun’s lines to jieun and ireh. main vocalists usually do the choruses to songs, so some of their lines during the verses should have been broken up between jieun and ireh.
This song is now in my most fave top 10 songs of 2021. And plus I will stan them now, but really like them since debut but now, it hits different because this song is retro and I really love retro

Poor Ireh and Jieun. Dosie got treated so much better, but Ireh especially is being paid DUST considering how good her pre-debut solo was. At least Jieun has the best charisma and presence.

Okay, I came here to learn their names, but specifically because Swan caught my eye. I think it's so important to have idols like her that have a variation to the typical idol body. There is nothing wrong with any kind of body, but it's good to normalize the difference.

This line distribution is reletavely fair IMO, members were obviously favored but the ones favored were made even and the ones with not so many lines all had a very close amount of time on the track and the producers were obviously very considerate towards the end with giving the other ones more lines so I’m happy with it
I think it's pretty fair distribution, taken that Jieun is not very confident in her vocals (though she sings very well). It's better to have 14 comfortable seconds than forcing yourself to sing more for the sake of even line distribution. And in future I think (and hope) we will hear her singing more while being confident with herself❤
tbh fairness isn't the most important aspect for a title track, it is meant to be catchy! It definitely doesn’t mean girls with less lines are worse vocals at all. It had always been like this in RBW, like ONEUS, they choose by suitability of the line (and Ravn has 100% say on line distribution on his self-composed group tracks)- who can grasp it the best. You can see Jieun still needs to be more comfortable on her live singing so to me it is kind of understandable. Plories won’t wanna see her having more lines but she's still the only one lip-syncing right? We can wait for her to grow as a singer!
I think rbw wanted to go for a "mamamoo 2.0" with a sub unit, so they chose the mains+chaein who has a more distinct voice from the mains, and jieun was completely robbed at that moment
I believe this is not a math problem, like 3 minutes divided by 7. I believe by the time, Ireh, Dosie & Jieun will get more singing time. Because so far, they still rely on Swan & Goeun voices, plus Chaein the soulful sound & off course Yuki the rapper has solid position.

Although this line distribution isn’t the best, I’m glad each member at least got over 10 seconds of singing. I hope next comeback the line distribution is fairer! It’s still an amazing song though, and I probably won’t stop listening to it because it’s so catchy

There's 7 members. Of course it's not going to be completely fair. Plus this is the title track that they have to promote relentlessly for a few weeks. Not only do the members decide what parts to distribute but they also know their strengths and weaknesses far more than fans do. So clam down, people. Pretty sure these professionals know what theyre doing.
PS. If they were years into their career, then I'd be a little more concerned. But they're just starting out, let them grow geez

This line distribution is reletavely fair IMO, members were obviously favored but the ones favored were made even and the ones with not so many lines all had a very close amount of time on the track and the producers were obviously very considerate towards the end with giving the other ones more lines so I’m happy with it

jieun deserves more lines, she’s a vocalist but is getting the same amount as the dancers :/ at least it’s better than their debut
I think it's pretty fair distribution, taken that Jieun is not very confident in her vocals (though she sings very well). It's better to have 14 comfortable seconds than forcing yourself to sing more for the sake of even line distribution. And in future I think (and hope) we will hear her singing more while being confident with herself❤

tbh fairness isn't the most important aspect for a title track, it is meant to be catchy! It definitely doesn’t mean girls with less lines are worse vocals at all. It had always been like this in RBW, like ONEUS, they choose by suitability of the line (and Ravn has 100% say on line distribution on his self-composed group tracks)- who can grasp it the best. You can see Jieun still needs to be more comfortable on her live singing so to me it is kind of understandable. Plories won’t wanna see her having more lines but she's still the only one lip-syncing right? We can wait for her to grow as a singer!

I think rbw wanted to go for a "mamamoo 2.0" with a sub unit, so they chose the mains+chaein who has a more distinct voice from the mains, and jieun was completely robbed at that moment
I believe this is not a math problem, like 3 minutes divided by 7. I believe by the time, Ireh, Dosie & Jieun will get more singing time. Because so far, they still rely on Swan & Goeun voices, plus Chaein the soulful sound & off course Yuki the rapper has solid position.
I became a fan after listening this song.
I'm Park Jieun's bias and I honestly and kinda sad when I saw their mv with Jieun having a less lines again. But, I think she still needs to improve because it makes her overshadowed by other members.
I hope, next cb and mv she gets the lines she deserves and also the screentime.

People talk about fairness of line distribution but I'd rather hear a short, full of confidence line than many lip-synced lines just to even it out.
Purple Kiss is talented but still rookies. You can't ask modeling/acting gigs for a member when they are still trying to establish their name in the K-Pop industry.

Funny thing is that even though the line distribution was unfair, every member still manages stand out on the stage and not just those who gets more lines. Like i seriously can't take my eyes off Jieun on the live performance. She is just so pretty and eye-catchy. Every member is, tho 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I honestly don’t think the line distribution was that bad, although Jieun could’ve gotten Chaein’s first chorus line and then Chaein could’ve gotten Goeun’s first zombie biebiebie line, but it’s not the worst distribution I’ve seen I guess
Purple kiss became that type of group where one gets good but at the same time bad lines I forgot there was even 7 members since the 7th member sang like almost at the end
Trust me It might seem unfair but at least they have more than 15s and we could recognize them easily. Other groups are way more unfair, the 3 bottom could be less than 10 seconds T.T

This line distribution isn’t the worst. At least this comeback Yuki had time to rap, but Na Go Eun and Swan have way too many lines. Lets hope for a better distribution next comeback. But other than that, great song and mini album.

This kind of reminds me of dreamcatcher. Sure, the same two people singing the choruses and additionally some people sing as well, but each and every one of them were never over-shadowed. It doesn't really seem to matter who has the most or least lines, but everyone had a chance, to shine and show their own uniqueness and themselves through the mv.
