So balance isn't really achieved in IW either, it surprises me since IW was supposed to be more competitive afair. No matter to me, I can't still forgive em for dropping Dragon Rush altogether instead of reinventing it, such a waste of beatiful animations it was...

C18 doesn't need to be "balanced", 'cause it's a subpar character. While in B3 she had a bit better movepool, in IW she has Deadly Dance as a spammable Super. This doesn't make her unbalanced or broken, it's just a characteristic of her, mostly because looping DD it's hard, burns Ki fast and is afflicted by damage scaling.

In this video, all songs are original. When I use custom soundtracks, I just play without music (only game's audio is on) and then I edit in the music I want.
