Man your videos have inspired me on a level i did not think was possible, i used to weigh 61 kg while being 188cm tall, didn't move at all during the day. When i first saw you do a full planche... i didn't know what to say, except, that i really wanted to be able to do that. Needless to say i have had issues in my life (otherwise i wouldn't be at 61 kg and only playing video games all day), this honestly gave me a new passion for sports and physicality. i only started a few months ago, i have now reached the point where i weigh 70 kg, and all the weight i built was more or less pure muscle. This have had a huge impact on my life in so many aspects. My self confidence sky rocketed once i felt proud to work hard and progress at an extremely fast level. My social anxiety is almost completely gone, and this has been the backbone of all my progressions in everything that i practice. And i strive to become the absolute best version of myself, and you don't get that without hard work.
Thanks Chris, you made a huge ass impact on my life.
By the way just got one of my friends, who is a little overweight into this aswell, he had always given up while trying to start exercising, but now we are both on the same path, we motivate eachother, and i know he got really inspired by seeing you do all the bodyweight exercises with such pure form.

I can't think of anything to comment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe.
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
    1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.A
    2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

For the people watching this and are thinking they will never get to this level, iam only a 15 year old and i got obsesed with calisthenics when i first saw chris heria on youtube nearly 2 years ago since then i started training at some bars in a playground. i can allready do a lot that requires super human strengt i can do everything he featured in this video. so what iam trying to say is dont think this is imposible it is posible the only thing you need is the motivation to keep you grabbing those bars almost every day. iam not trying to say you need to train nearly every day if you are just starting but try to train as much as possible. believe in your self one day you will be able do some good calisthenics and impress people but first get that motivation and impres your self that is allready enough to feel confident ;)

3 mos from now, it will be one year since I started calisthenics. But before that I played Dota for 9 years. I used to play games to cope up with depression, family problems, and bullying from school. Uhmm yeah, usual stuffs that a kid gets through his life. And its too hard for me., for some reasons.
So yeah dota is a big part of life. :)
But I suddenly stopped playing. I can't cope up with a heartbreak by playing games., it's just too much pain when I broke up to my gf. It was an almost 4yrs relationship. I just can't concentrate ingame., I became irritable, lost, desperate.
I told myself., I should do something else. So 7months after I stopped playing., I saw some videos about calisthenics on YT. Some of it are from Chris. I stopped sulking, I decided to myself that I should stop being depressed. I started being physically active. And also I started Hiking mountains.
At the moment, I can do 30 strict push ups, 10 strict pull ups., 5 reps decent one arm push ups on my right arm. Can hold a 10 sec L sit I. Perfect form. Can hold a 5 sec tucked planche. Can hold a 30sec arm planche.,
Not an impressive progress, but when my old friends compliments me that I changed since., it motivates me more.
The only fault I think for my slow progress, is Sleep. Need to train myself to sleep on time. Lols.
I don't really follow a training program so I also fall off on consistency. Wish me luck on my journey. Keep inspiring chris! :-)

Dear brother, I am thankful to you for changing my life. I had a knee cap fracture 1.5 years back , still living with the hardware inside. I have started calisthenics now integrated with my yoga movements. The effects are amazing, I need to correct my sleep pattern though. If and when you come to India , always welcome to join me and my family for a rice and fresh caught fish meal. Thank you 😄

@@codgamer1184 the upside down exercises like the lsit to handstand are actually way easier relative to many exercises like full planche push-ups. When ur upside down gravity puts all the pressure down into your hands but when ur horizontal like during planche gravity is pushing down on your entire body

Hey Chris, nice words of wisdom. Truly inspirational. First checked your vids from when I came across one of your Ab workouts by accident. Seen most vids from when you started out to training with peeps now-awesome journey. Don't really work out. Family man in my early 40s with a few kids and thought I didn't have time to workout. All of that changed when I watched one of your vids and realised If you make a choice, have a goal and persevere, things will start to happen if you want it.. Really want it.. It's early days but I will keep going. Your chair sit ups and flutter kicks are killers though, like I'm trying to climb a mountain with my belly and trying to do kung fu kicks sitting& laying down but I will stick to it 😥.
I guess all I'm really saying is 'Thank you' for giving me new direction and making me persue one of my goals in life that I didn't realise I wanted.
Take care and all the best
    One pack Antman from London
P.S One of my goals is to have a healthier body mentally/physically and to have a 6 pack so my little one doesn't keep asking me if I swallowed a basketball..😳

It takes a truly good person and a real man to become what you have and not become arrogant, and for that I salute you. Chris, I just found about your videos and channels about an hour ago, and ever since, I got hooked in the quality of content each one of your videos has. I have seen so many videos about fitness, weigh loss, motivation, etc, and never have I ever come across someone who is as passionate and HONEST as you are. Sometimes I feel like most of the other channels out there care too much about selling stuff, or advertising their shit.
While I am not disregarding that sometimes it is good to use this platform to advertise/sell stuff, sometimes other channels go overboard and care more about what they will profit from their viewers rather than really wanting to make a difference and help people. You on the other hand seem genuine, and really want to care for what we think and what we want to learn from you. I noticed that you recently advertised your weighed vest, and you know what? Just because of what I've seen in you, I know that it is something that would actually help someone achieve even higher results, because of that trust that you develop with your viewers in each one of your videos.
Personally, I have been struggling to find motivation and the will to get back on track to get healthy and fit, but I feel like after my divorce about a year ago, it really wrecked me. The videos that I have seen of you so far have somehow made a change in me, and awaken the desire to learn more about calisthenics, and to really get shit done.
Thank you for being so down to earth, chill, and above all caring for your viewers. You are a powerhouse.
Keep up the quality content bro.
