Strasburg Railroad: The Rush for Christmas

On December 3rd, 2023, I spent the day at Strasburg Railroad capturing half hour departures between the hourly and half hour trains. One pulled by 90 & One by 89. Although the overcast weather during the whole day. We didn't have a location list planned but some spots we did multiple times with the crews putting on a good show. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed watching this! The mix of steam and rain is so atmospheric, and also the overcast conditions. You are really good with the camera placement, very artistic and almost like a painting. I must say the sound was excellent for this type of video (too bad there was a bit of traffic noise on a few shots but what can you do). Very well done and thank you for posting this 👍

Thank you. This time instead of hearing my camera shutter from my Mirrorless camera. I set the shutter to silent now. So no more camera clicks
