How can play music in your earphones while controlling it using the smart watch? Because everytime I control it in the smart watch the music switch over in the speaker of the smart watch. And i’m using iphone and there is audio off button in the BT setting

Texts appear on watch without name. Note appears and text content only. Is this fixable? It makes no difference if I add a name to my phone book manually or from contact list. If the name is in my phone book on my smart watch and I receive a text, that name will not appear on my hryfine watch. Only the heading word (note) appears then the text content. Any pointers?

It doesn't work all the time on iPhones due to several updates.
What do you do if it doesn’t give you the option to connect twice via Bluetooth? I can only connect to ultra or ultra audio?
Use your phone Bluetooth to search and see if you have two options.
I can't change the the dial it's getting to 30% then saying sync fail? Mine is a Y13 it's duel synced

Check if your smartwatch comes with the Call function and toggle it on. Also check the settings on the app and turn on call notifications too.
