can you have a the door set to open with key 1 and key 2?
At times the big button fails due to carbon build on on the contacts on the PCB and it would be nice to still be able to open the door

How do I establish what frequency is required?

Quite a simple process and great video!
When I take my finger off the red button the light turns off immediately and doesn’t stay in programming mode.
Any ideas?

There could be a signal in the area causing it to go off. Try hold for 10 seconds and clear the memory

Is this a rolling code remote setup? In our country we have elcardo branded gate and i bought key from aliexpress to clone the old key, but the cloning does not work since the gate use rolling code technology.

Yes rolling code and it’s very rare to be able to clone rolling code

I have purchased two replacement remotes and they are TM868c same as the originals. Three originals operate double garage doors. The additional remotes programme on the large button and operate one door but will not open the other door. Can anyone advise what the issue could be

Did you program to both doors using the large button ? Then the individual buttons will work if previously set

Strange !!! Try clearing the memory
