But the hard fact is that Arijit is an Indian singer, keeping Indian audience as per their population, he will get more followers.
Shuja is a Pakistani singer, given the population of the Pakistani side obviously, he is not that famous.....
But more love for Shuja than Arijit......
His VOICE is more DEFINITIVE and gives you GOOSEBUMPS..........every time you listen .......
Haider is just Soulful there is a voice that has power to reach beyound flesh and blood and you have that Shuja.. Happy to hear deep

I'm so glad this song exists out there. This was something I could cry away my heart to. My partner stopped talking to me suddenly. And with the shut out, I've experienced sadness, abandonment and grief. So many lines of this song reminds me of our times together - teri baahon se jo naata hai, toote nah kabhi, wo dhaaga hai.. Teri khamoshi ka jaane kya iraada hai... Umeed ki galliyo me aashiq yeh aawara hai.
We found each other when I was in a difficult phase, but self reliant. And so this line has even more connection to me - "Dil ko lagi teri dosti, jab meri zindagi khamosh thi. Khushiya saari naraaz thi... Umeedein saari behosh thi."
He was my love, my home and something so real that I don't think I will ever begin again and anew. So much we that we lose can be found in a song. Also, I respect Shuja Haider so much.

I cry every time I listen to this song as I have memories attached with this song since around 2012. Now, i cried on 18-6-2021. Why we cant discard some memories. Those were then ever down moments of my life and here i am again at too down moments in 2021. mid period was good. i don't know how is reached this song now, I haven't searched for it. Been listening to this masterpiece since 2016 when I used to work in Dubai and had to spent most of my day alone in a room .. its 2021, but the song doesn't get old. Timeless, evergreen, beautiful.

Just to be clear, Shuja Haider is a legend, been around for more than 2 decades, he write songs, directs/composes his own music and sings. Many Indian singers copied his style of singing including Arijit.. Arijit has a rusty voice which works well for certain songs and he is just a singer who sings decent after 20 30 retakes you can check it out at the music studios how it is collaborated.
