    "When you look for it, you find it" is so true and will be something I'll remind myself of from now on when I start to scan my body and mind for anxiety 😅

    New subscriber! I love when you shared that people won’t even realize what you are going through because they are busy wondering about themselves . Last month, it’s December now, i left my 2nd job in under 2 weeks because I was dizzy, short breathing, nauseated, anything you might list. Got another job didn’t even last a full week. Only 2 days! Today I go outside to get food and worried about why I felt anxious ? I googled all of this today and boom I do believe this is what I am going through as well. Thanks for being such great help

      You are welcome! And thank you so much for subscribing ❤️ It definitely is a loop that plays into itself but I think awareness is a huge part of learning how to navigate it all. The physical symptoms are certainly alarming when you aren't aware of where they are coming from!

    Thank you so much for posting these videos. I'm from America but it is so nice to see someone my age going through the same thing. When it first started I thought I was the only one. Watching your videos almost makes me cry because they make me feel so relieved and hopeful. Thank you again.

    You've help me so much. Just watching your videos knowing I wasn't alone. End of last year and this year have been so much better for me. Been out a lot more than I did 3 years ago when I was always in the house. Now have a job and can take my daughter out and to nursery. So thank you for helping me be "normal" again❤❤❤

    Glad you are able to get back to work. I've got another week before I am supposed to go back to work but I'm still really scared about having panic at work.

      Hey Barbora, I find I'm really tired after a big day of anxiety, but I know anxiety can definitely cause sleeplessness, too

    Question, with your job…. being diagnosed with agoraphobia, did you receive a medical note that firmly explains to your supervisor that it is in fact a medical issue. Is it excused?

    • @LaurenRose.
      @LaurenRose.  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I always need a medical certificate for days taken off when working part time. But I didn't need anything to specify the condition. Thankfully my employer are really lovely and very understanding re mental health!

      You'll get there in your own pase. Don't rush things your not ready for. Take one step at a time& always know there are people feeling the same out there. If you ever need anyone to talk just pop up on this little comment section and I'll always be here x

      It’s temporary don’t forgot. Even tho it feels like it will last forever but I promise it will get better

      thank you for the support, I really appreciate it. I can go two miles away from my house.

    • @LaurenRose.
      @LaurenRose.  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You will get there. You will. It's a journey and it isn't linear, and part of it is learning that the habitual response of agoraphobia can be changed, but the acceptance that anxiety is always going to come along for the ride. It's a balancing act between the two and it takes time but you ABSOLUTELY can do it.

      @@LaurenRose. thank you, I've been pretty bad about it lately. I just haven't had the motivation.
