Looks great Laura! Really love this look, the black lava boulders are a refreshing touch, and the plant selection textured and varied but also restrained. Love it!

Love the color combinations of the rocks. Laura, your voice always soothes me. With all the challenges we had experienced in FL because of the Hurricane Ian, I want to thank you for bringing that hope, inspiration, and positivity.

wow, you sure have made a difference in that garden. Bet it will not be long until you come back to do the brown lawn sections. It was good today to see the smaller sections of garden. It gives reality to those who only have or can only deal with smaller sections of ground. Love from Oz

Such a smart design tip…to make room to get behind a planting bed to do what needs to be done to the home. So many of us forget to do that.

Does the tradescantia pallida behave for y'all in SoCal? It gets quite unruly here in SE Texas... So much so that every time I see you use it, I think about how fast it is going to spread. It does a great job as a spiller in a pot, though. It's also crazy easy to propagate.

The plants and rocks with the black lava is fabulous. What a difference!!
Funny story, our landlord asked us to plant the little garden in the house in front of us. We only used cuttings and rocks from our yard. It is now 3 months old and looks amazing. 🥰 Bonus, it’s what we see when we turn into our driveway. 😊

Loving the left side. Gorgeous rocks! I wish there was a beautiful pot instead of the house plants on the right corner as you walk towards the door. I wonder if the pot by the hose would be better displayed there?

Being more of a minimalist, I really like the more limited number of plants. The plant by the hose doesn’t look intentional. It looks like it was just set out of the way until it found it’s forever home. Sorry. I would love this installation in my front yard. Alas, I live in the Pacific Northwest and will get my succulent fix by watching Laura’s beautiful work.

It looks fabulous too bad they didn’t have you finish the rest of the flower bed it looks awkward, against the beautiful succulents and the beige and black gravel. Nice job.
