Best chef ever. Does not know how to work or prepare correctly. Throws raw frog bits from the cutting board onto the ground and chops them in half which no one does. Does not wear kitchen gloves or wash his hands then uses his hands and raw touching of frog legs, procedes to touch salt and pepper etc. Great vid Eric.
Really liking this, the problem that so many have when cooking frog legs is that they come out tough. They're easy to overcook trying to make sure they're done, and end up being tough and hard to chew. What I like about this is it looks like it keeps the frog legs softer and easier to eat then trying to chew on a tough piece of meat.
Every culture has its on food. I find it fascinating to learn culture through food. And I bet the French have their thing that y'all are getting made fun of for eating
@@EdibleEricEats That would be such a waste if they do that. I have eaten in Asian restaurants where they used the entire frog (cut up, of course). I can say that there is more to a frog than just the legs. So tender and more tasty meat than the legs (which is all muscle).
@@msbrownbeast If I get the chance I will definitely being trying the whole frog. I am an avid believer that if you eat one part of the animal you should be willing to eat all parts of the animal. I will be looking for it now.
@@EdibleEricEats Dedinitely worthwhile trying. But whole frog is not easy to find on a restaurant menu. I have only seen it offered in Chinese restaurants (in cities with large Asian population) that cater to Chinese clentele, and likley not listed on the English menu, (typically listed on daily specials posted on the walls in Chinese) so you would have to either call beforehand, or ask the waiter.
You can eat the rest if you'd like to, but most just think it's not worth it as the rest is the innards, organs and such. Most folk don't like to eat those parts. Simply put meat to other stuff ratio is too low.
Look, the whole temp thing is BS. You left us hanging there basically. Thx. Fortunately I do have an instant temp reader but you should have given the time for folks at home.
Understood but I try to teach people to pay attention to the food product rather than some time because everybody's oven is different and will cook differently. But I will try to at least include estimated time frame moving forward..

If you try these let me know how they turn out!
If you really like frog legs, there's some spicy Chinese recipes for them that are banging as well.
That’s the way I like them, with noisette fried potatoes on the side, lovely sauce over potatoes as well. Simple, easy. Thank you Chef!
You are welcome
U make same WE do here. From France.
Maravillosa receta,Gracias 😊😊

The French know what they are doing

Thank you for the thoughtful comment. I agree about how easy it is to overcook. I try to keep it simple for that reason.
Great stuff
Thank you
👍👍
Have you ever added white wine to this? Makes it even better. ;)
Thanks for your video!
You certainly can add wine, you are the creator enjoy the flavor
Parsley, butter, garlic, flour, salt, pepper….🌶️ add chili to spice up your life
That would be a welcome addition!
damn lookin' good
Yum!
Thank you! Try them and let me know what you think.
what kind of oil did this young man use?
I believe it was blended oil (90 % canola/10 Olive Oil). Ya get cases of gallons its the most common used in the industry.
We make fun of the French in England for eating frogs and snails but it seems very nice to me
Every culture has its on food. I find it fascinating to learn culture through food. And I bet the French have their thing that y'all are getting made fun of for eating
And if you don't wanna keep it simple add banana peppers and black olives and chocolate sauce ; )
Chocolate Sauce you say? That's a new one for me!
@@EdibleEricEats This was the worst combination i could think of
@@alexlogan202 Heard that!
I dont even know wgere to buy these.
...aquatic pet store?
I dont think they'd let me have them.
They would prolly take issue with that! If you are looking try a reputable restaurant supplying seafood shop.
😋😎
Deliciousness!
What do they do with the rest of the frog? There's a lot of edible parts besides just the legs
Honestly not 100% sure. I have never gotten whole legs before. My guess is that it is probably used else where in animal feed?

Disgusting but go ahead and eat that body of internals gal
Why do you only eat the legs and not the rest of the body?

Grenouille a la Provençal, mais je comprend pas ce que tu dit
Who hit the dislike?
I am guessing 4 people who are afraid of living life to its fullest! Or at least trying new things.
Vegetarians or frog people
Freddo did
Corona
