long story short tiktok can see past vpns so the only way to bypass it is to get a brand new phone that has never been used before, a british sim card and a VPN that you NEVER turn off or disable otherwise tiktok will detect you are not in the UK and shadow ban your videos. It's alot of effort so i wouldn't recommend it especially if you are just trying to grow on the app. My advise would be to just try to grow on indian tiktok and if the creativity program doesn't support india make a youtube account and switch to shorts and try and grow on there instead. They pay more too
