I am not in real estate but I love how she is showing that this is not a hustle or scam she is doing. She is a hard working woman that not only puts in the work but she invested in her intelligence by attending college, she knows her market and she understands… in order to make money you must invest.
I believe her success is a result of her work but she is committed to her industry and knows her stuff.

Delphine- first off- hats off to you! I don't know your entire story but I damn sure can believe that you being a developer as a woman is no easy feat in an industry dominated by men! I'm no realtor but the work ethnic the style, the ability to show up as your authentic self is truly inspiring! Videos like this, man even if you're not a realtor, it don't matter what industry you're- you should be inspired to get up and make something shake within your own world.

Yes, so much knowledge I’m studying right now to take my exam again to be a realtor for the second time. Thank you Delphine you are bringing those same contemporary homes styles from Africa to America 🎉🎉That’s how we do it in Africa😂😂😂😂 I am so bored with the houses in Virginia it’s the same style. So true about sending buyers listings. Go through the listings and hand pick homes. I combed the mls in addition to the automated notifications and knew the market. Anybody can set an email notification.
