A lot of people have been confused as to why Felix walks off and barely dances in this, but he has back problems so while he heals this is what we get. Hopefully he’ll get better soon and will be able to do the full choreography!
@@leemi-cha3229 close he herniated a disc, ruptured is slightly different but either way its painful. as long as he does what the drs say he should heal. My poor baby it hurts me to know he's hurting. I have chronic back pain so I know exactly what he's feeling 😭
@@LandonMark I'm kinda glad you didn't know that Felix was injured before watching this-as it made me so sad to see Felix sidelined so much because of injury. Stay's sunshine needs to heal though- so the rest is both sensible and necessary. When you watch the MV (pre-diagnosis) vs the dance practice it becomes obvious just how much they've had to re-work in order to let Felix's back heal. I particularly like how the've incorporated Felix (at 0:53) as centre twisting his neck so he doesn't need to physically spin: which is his biggest no no right now. He can't do any of the bouncier moves either (when you asked what's Felix doing now/where is he? that's one of the higher impact parts so he's missing completely). I can't wait until he is fully healed- slipped discs are so painful- but it will also really hurt Felix to be sidelined as dancing is his first love. Changing the subject to "hand boy" Hyunjin- I love his little aided spin at 2:21 the way he opens up like a flower once standing. There is another video where thoae three members are perfectingvthat part and it's closer. If I remember where it is I'll leave you a link! i love how they managed to take felix's parts in the choreo without making it seem obvious that he was missing in some parts (at 2:33 he's supposed to be with chan, seungmin and han in the choreo while changbin is rapping), i'm glad you thought he was just a main character, he has this aura where he could be standing still and singing and it would still steal the scene 😭 he's been diagnosed with an invertebral disk herniation for two months now, he's been having back massages and physiotherapy, and he's very careful with his back now, on bubble he said that it doesn't hurt anymore, Hyunjin even addressed this right before the comeback: "do you have a member you want to say something to?" "yongbokie. i just want to tell him that he doesn't have to be upset. if i got hurt, yongbokie would've told me not to be upset too" they're all making sure he's fine and comfortable, it must be hard for him considering how much they all enjoy performing, but we're all confident that he's gonna recover soon! until then, i hope he's gonna rest and take care of his back so he will be able to give his all as soon as he can

Felix has a herniated Disc and that is something that takes a couple of Weeks to heal. We don't know the Level of this injury or its current state. Its been nearly 8 Weeks, we never got an Update to that..
Poor Felix must have felt so frustrated because he couldn't participate as much as he would want to, but his and other's safety is prority. I am glad that they still managed to incorporate him into the dance somehow, plus he makes his entrances and exits so natural that people think that he was meant to do that. 😅 Let's let our Sunshine fully heal, and he will come back to us stronger and more energetic than ever.
Im not a dancer but im captivated by their formations as well as how they mirror their lyrics. I think that's one of the reasons why i like "dancer reacts" because I learn more of how SKZ effectively interpret their dance. Especially in thunderous were they form a cloud with lightning, then a carriage-Or in domino where they incorporate so many relay/domino movements-or the Haka in Miroh-the chaotic hand movements in Side Effects- There are NUMEROUS exciting things to notice in SKZ choreography which I think you will like.

Felix has a herniated disc and is undergoing treatment so thats why in the MV he dances but in the performances he hasn't cause the MV was filmed prior to injury. He's resting and doing physical therapy and everything in order to heal and not make it a life long injury 🤞He misses it watch him in the back when he's on camera he wants to dance sooooo bad. Hopefully he will be able to perform during the world tour 🤞
I'm so glad you uploaded this because I've been obsessed with this choreo. I am not a dancer so I'm glad to have a little more insight into what makes it so unusual and compelling. I'm fairly new to SKZ as well and they're just... so good!

I’d like to blame your Oddinary album review for the fact I am now in the midst of a mid(stan)life-crisis and I’m absolutely okay with it hahah. I’ve followed so many other groups casually since getting into BTS where I’ll keep an eye on their new releases, etc but there’s just something about these guys that’s sticking with me. And TH-cam definitely has a bias showing which is only shoving me further down the SKZ hole 🤣

Felix ruptured a disk in his back. He’s not allowed much movement- especially around the waist. I hope he recovers 100%. I love our Felix!
