It's primarily an "auto-fire" option that makes the Slug fire continuously by holding the fire button. Primarily used for Tarma and Leona in Metal Slug 6/XX

Hi, Ringo is partially correct.
Vulcan Fix means Tarma is able to fire rapidly when entering any Metal Slug or tank or even the horse in stage 2 and the weapon will stay in that direction as long as the fire button is hold. Exclusive to Tarma.
Slug Damage 1.5 means that Tarma is able to withstand up to 5 hits when in the metal slug before it is totally destroyed while other chars only takes 3 hits and its destroyed. Leona takes 4 on the other hand in MSXX.
As for Canon, this means he can receive more canons (Like how Eri received her bombs). He has 2 times the amount of cannon when he gets hold of it.

Also, Tarma gains in 7/XX the Repair Skill, using your melee attack (a kick) to any empty vehicle. He can restore some of its HP, but it's random (Sometimes you can blow up the Slug from a Single kick).
