Have you tried French indie makeup brand, Micka Beauty Shop? They have a collab palette out now with Martes Makeup, called the Serpent palette and the colours look delicious and grungy. I don't see many reviews up on TH-cam of the brand. But I am curious about it.
I’m in the UK and ordered this on launch day. It came within a few days and is stunning. But then I clicked on your vid and wow, I’m blown away with the combos you did Steff - especially look number three! But saying that, oh my gosh that pink shimmer on top of the black - I wouldn’t have thought of doing that. Thank you for always being inspirational ❤
This palette is so beautiful. I love the color story. It's unique imo. I've been really doing well not purchasing eyeshadows but man these brands make it so difficult lol. I want to try 1 new brand each month and limit myself to just buying those eyeshadows and that's it. If I had unlimited makeup funds I would need an entire house for all of the palettes I'd have 😅

Love that you’re reviewing this palette! I love the color story and agree, it’s well thought out. I heard someone refer to the color story as Lore elevated and I can’t unsee it now. I got the collection and the sponge reminds me a lot of the Real techniques one. The brush set is nice but I’d like there to have been a pencil brush and maybe a flat but fluffier traditional eyeshadow brush. Overall it’s nice!! There weren’t any lip products in the collection but I like the lash styles and they ended up throwing some freebies in my box which is always a nice surprise. Hope you have an amazing day ❤️

I also ordered the Phoenix palette to try out first so as to sample their formula before the Maneater palette comes in so I could cancel if I didn't like it. Well at least this one says untamed!! They are two totally different palettes and formulas; this one being the better formula at a much better price point.
The eyeshadow palette is beautiful. You are so talented with creating eye looks. I just received the nearly natural palette from Glaminatrix Cosmetics. It took nine weeks for me to get the nearly natural palette from them. I had to get a home repair done that was more expensive than I expected.
Hi, so, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful♥ You are killing me with this palette :) I am so jealous. That palette is unbelievable and I want it sooooo bad! However, I can't :( I have to wait until my money situation and all the money I owe is much lower. I hope this palette will be available when the time comes that I can buy it. But you did such an amazing job with the shadows.
I need all the what's up beauty brushes and the singe brushes. It's funny because I always want/buy eye brushes and rarely get face brushes lol. I have my favorite face brushes for each step and just wash them each time but for eyeshadow I use like 12 brushes for one look sometimes lol. I do wash them after each use too though. I'm afraid I'm going to ruin them from washing every time but the idea of using them dirty is weird. I can never get the shadows off by just Dusting them off.
I've used the IT Cosmetics Brush Bath for a long time and I use it frequently on all my brushes and it hasn't hurt them at all. It's super fast drying too. Sephora Collection has one also that's pretty good and fast drying to where you can use them instantly.
All of your looks were absolutely stunning.....I am definitely Inspired 😍🤔 Although I won't be buying that palette, as literally I have every Blend Bunny 🐇 ever! On top of some unearthlys and a couple other idies 😅
HI, I want to ask you an eye shadow question. I want to do a black and silver eye look tomorrow. I'm going to use the Morphe palette 35XS No Silent Nights Artistry Palette. I wanted to ask you if you think the silver shadow can go on top of the black shadow? I sort if have in mind what I want to do, just not so sure it'll work. I trust you especially on how you do your looks. So, any advice you give will be much appreciated♥
I wonder if Tarte has the word Maneater trademarked for their eyeshadow products? Or maybe because Artitude is UK based that it doesn't matter? Just pointing it out because I don't know how litigious Tarte is because my mind went straight to Tarte upon hearing this palette name. The last thing an up and coming indie brand needs is to be slapped with a trademark lawsuit by a bigger brand! I hope Artitude did their due diligence when they were naming this palette....
Hi lovely, thanks so much for your concern! We actually started working on maneater before tarte released theirs otherwise I would have pulled it! But we have the UK trademark for maneater. Tarte has the US trademark. Hope that clears up any confusion!
The palette looks amazing! But not into the "man-eater" theme. Double standards are never attractive and if men named something "woman-eater" within a predominated male hobby (i.e a golf club named woman eater) us women wouldn't be cool with that even if it were a joke. What I think of when I hear man eater is a woman taking a man to the cleaners financially, a gold digger, or like a vampire sucking up his energy. Let's not label beautiful makeup such ugly names, eh?! I'd die for that palette but do I really want to bring that negative energy around my husband and have to justify how immature our community is, lol! So torn!

I’m not familiar with the palette but as long as the silver is a lighter, brighter silver it should work. Very smokey eye effect.
