Aw man. Gem of an innings there. I can relate. Some days you get on the park, you take a few sighters and it feels as if the bowlers are lobbing birthday cakes at you. Once went in to bat at 4 with score 12/2 after 4 overs. I ended up scoring 102* off 55 balls, chasing down 155 in 21 overs.
@@canyoucricket It was. I remember the first and last boundary I hit. The last one was a 6 to go from 96 to 102 and to win the game. EVERYTHING else remains a blur. I've seen you play some innings thus far that tells me you know what those innings feel like.

Caidan Gower; get yourself in some friendly T20 evening sides/matches... its basically rude not to take risks in that form of the game (especially if you're lower half of the order and there are only a couple of overs to go), so you can clock some 4s and 6s (or get out trying!) to your hearts content!
As a number 11 with a top score of 19 its great to see how it should be done. Although i think my prowess with the ball would have got me a game with your opponents. Great video.

I could literally see the ball hit the bat with many shots. is this camera placement or can we deduce that this meant your helmet was tracking the ball (and hence your eyes?) in some previous videos it seemed your camera (and eyes?) were slow to move with the ball.
I used a Kookaburra Gold Crown back in the 90's, it gave me thousands of runs as an opener. You're a big fish in this pond, I'd like to see some quicker bowling, you can handle it.

The most aggressive shot an opening batsman can play is a leave. Good balls are always best left alone if they can be - make the bowler bowl to you, don't allow the bowler to make you bat for him.
