The one u were eating is not kuboos... it's Arabian pita bread made of wheat.. same like roti but big in size.. urs was looking more tandoori roti.. I thought of sharing with you.. ur mukbang r awesome.. keep it up..
Next time when you find a dish very salty & if you have rice besides you, just try to eat that salty dish with rice, as it may balance out the salty flavour decently (it'll be best if you have biryani or jeera rice, otherwise simple steam rice may also do the job well)
