- After reaching the core of the Cathedral Terra, the gang are greeted by none other than the Anti-Spiral himself who is piloting a mech known as the Anti-Gurren Lagann. This mech is an original unit that was made specifically for this game.
After he is beaten, the Anti-Spiral tells Simon that they will meet again another day. Like in the anime, Simon is able to convince Nia into letting him take control of the Cathedral Terra. But unlike in the anime, Nia is restored back to normal and is rescued by Simon. But since the Anti-Spiral is still alive and we have yet to see the remaining forms of Gurren Lagann, we can expect the remainder of the Gurren Lagann plot to be continued in the next Z game.
Anyway, Uther and Gaioh show up and reveal to the team that they are working together. They have built a ZONE on Mars and will be using it to attack Earth. Uther looks forward to settling the score with ZEXIS on Mars and soon leaves. Lastly, our team has found the home-planet of the Vajira and Simon punches Rossiu like in the anime.

I like how the Anti-Spiral will always fight his enemies at their level. He has near limitless powers but will lower himself to the level of his enemies just to prove that he is better.

Anti Gurren Lagann kinda looks like an original mech they made for the Gurren Lagann DS game. I can tell they're different in terms of design, but the concept remains the same.

I hope they make some of Gurren Lagann's other forms as playable instead of just being an attack. I'd like to have both Gurren Lagann AND Arc Gurren Lagann on the same squad.
Copyright issues, unfortunately. Different companies own the rights to the English versions of the various anime that make up the games. You'll just have to use a fansub patch, if such a thing even exists.
A fansub patch does exist. Unfortunately, it's in perpetual WIP status.
Even though Wing Zero is better for clearing the Muganns, I think the Anti-Spiral might have had special dialogue with me, since I also evolved.
I'm surprise that Getter was able to deal some damage to the Anti Spiral which has similar power but light years more than what the Getter has, lol.
I'd love that, but they'd need the OK from every company and someone to make the designs.
Well, maybe in the next Z game.

they better make anti spiral versions of each of the unit for the dai gurren-dan in the next Z game and not just anti spiral gurren lagann...
if only they remake the final fight with the anti-spiral in the anime. because you know the anti-spiral fight Dai-Gurren at the same level so it wouldn't be weird for them to make there Gurren Lagann

eh....I if they decide to use Gurren Lagann in the next SRW Arc, they actually DO Ascend to Tengen Toppa...and possibly even if it's for just that final battle, include some way to have Tengen Toppa Sized Getter and Mazinkaiser...
