Sounds like a filtered saw wave, I´d try ableton´s analog, 1 oscillator on saw, no attack, short release, play with decay and sustain on the filter, cut the highs with the freq cut off on the filter and add some resonance... or if you have subboom bass, use either the so saw1 preset or the sh1, bringing back the envelope until you find that smooth growl.. good luck dude!
