in this video I have explained about single phase full wave controlled rectifier fed dc drive
circuit consists with thyristor freewheeling diode inductor resistor and a separately excited dc generator and by the help of electronic circuit we control the speed of dc machine like dc motor or DC generator
when thyristor conduct then freewheeling diode get reverse biased and when diode conduct then thyristor don't conduct.
