I grew up with a dad who raced desert off-road class 1 buggies out in california. after years of not watching racing, i found rock bouncing and was blown away. since then i've also got back to watching desert racing, and i must say that rock bouncers are now my favorite. incredible machines and drivers.
They definitely wild, even better in person.
Randomly popped up in my feed 3 days ago and haven't stopped watching since. Love it.

Are electric vehicles allowed to compete if they have the same frame, form factor and all?
Could if they wanted no restrictions on chassis or propulsion.
@@HIGHOCTANEFILMS That almost answers it. I guess it would be from event to event and there is no over-arching or rule-making body? And I want to be up front with why I am asking. My curiosity has to do with ICE sports of all kinds where an electric motor would offer unambiguous advantages, and how important are the aesthetics of loud engines and exhaust fumes overall to the people who participate. Is it about the task or mission, or is it about the scene, to include ICE aesthetic only, even if it means objectively less efficient/powerful machines.

Seems Ford Play isnt that good at rock bouncing.
A bad bounce turns into a bad mood. Which usually never ends very well. Maybe learn who the driver is and you'd know that he's an awesome driver that has been around longer than you've been watching..... clearly🤘🏾
