I always hit like on Jinjer reaction videos because I love the band so much and also because youtube reactions is a large part of how they grew in popularity and they really appreciate reactions to their songs. As someone else said, I also click like to keep track of videos I've seen. For likes in general, unfortunately almost every channel and video has far more views than likes, since it seems most people just don't bother hitting like when they watch. I love Who Is Gonna Be The One and this performance of it is fantastic! Another one where the live performance is a must is Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev/Kyiv, even though for that song I also feel like the official video is must see, if you only react to one (some reactors, more commonly musicians, sometimes do double or triple reactions with omv/live/playthroughs, usually in that order, and I love those longer videos, but I know that's more time consuming for both the reactors and the viewers, so not everyone's thing), do that live performance. I've seen enough Jinjer reactions that TH-cam's hard limit of 5000 liked items was reached years ago.. The list may still contain all the items but count stays at 5000. Or it might delete older items, hard to tell.
This is for sure a better live than the studio but not always the case and following Jinjer followers recommendations is probably a good guide.Example I Speak Astronomy official video is the way to go with that song,as you did 👍🏻
This Jinjer performance is I believe is in Kiev, It is one of my favorites Tati really looks like she is enjoying herself, she has sung this song for about 10 years and she has really polished it.
I hit like to support peoples effort. I also do it to mark videos I've watched. I'm subscribed to over 300 channels easily. It's on the rediculous side these days. Especially when you add in the Notifications. The reaction market is saturated. A lot of us are following Jinjer, not so much specific reactors.

You're not doing anything wrong. The average ratio of likes to views is 10% on you tube. Just keep doing what you're doing and you're audience will grow. I subscribed to you because of your Jinjer videos and I like your videos before I even watch them. So don't think that you're doing anything wrong, keep it up.
I wouldn't fret the likes too much. The general rule on TH-cam is that only about 10% of views translate to likes/dislikes. Clicking through some of your videos shows that you're getting around 20% likes, so you're doing fine.
Don't take it personally. I've attended live streams where there were 500 people watching, but the video only got 150 likes. People get distracted easily, and just forget. You aren't doing anything wrong. It's just the nature of the beast. Honestly, for someone so new to the game, you are doing an exceptional job. Keep doing you!

I don't know that it occurs to everyone to hit the like button when they see a video. So that might not be a good indication hence why pretty much every TH-camr has to tell people to do it. Captain Clock Live at Resurrection Fest is a good one.

It's tough to know if the live version is the best listen if you've never heard the song. I would say that you should stay away from live versions unless the people ask for it. This song is better to do live, but Teacher Teacher was a big mistake doing live.
I agree, it's tough to know and certainly for most bands and songs, the omv with studio sound is better, but as you said, this song is an exception and I'd say Jinjer is definitely above average with exceptions! I wouldn't say "big mistake", but he did react to the omv of Teacher Teacher (studio audio with some awesome footage from several shows), he just used a thumbnail from a live video.
