@@Tsudkyk I’ve listened to the album probably close to (if not more) than 100 times and I still catch little bits that I didn’t notice or fully appreciate in the previous playthrough. I can’t wrap my head around how they pieced together their talent and craft the way they did. Not to mention how they continuously push the boundaries of music as a whole with every album they produce. The guys are seriously living legends that virtually all musicians can look up to and aspire to become.
Same. It's the perfect song for them. They nail it live. It shows off all the strengths they possess and it's a roller coaster of a song that doesn't skimp on the thrills.
I’ve seen them play this song live 3 times, and it never gets old, especially at the WHITE WALLS! Part. Every one screams it out. It’s pretty exhilarating tbh
It's absolutely amazing how good these guys are live. They rip through this track like butter and Waggoner nails the solo without even a minor mistake. Hard to fathom.
They make it all look so easy live. If/when you meet them or see an interview with them, they downplay how talented they are. Incredibly humble and happen to be wildly talented regular people.
He does definitivly minor mistakes but its anyways just impressive 12:16 ... he slips the note :P for example ... 12:23 also slight mistake ... but who cares ... I cannot even play this song 30 seconds ... without a mistake
Agreed I saw the Colors live show a couple years back, and this song in particular was electrifying live, and not at all far from album quality. AZ in the Crescent Ballroom
Anyone can sound amazing on an album these days. But to play something this complex, this cleanly, in a live setting, shows just how talented this guys are. Not only the talent, but the dedication to get to this level of proficiency is downright heroic.
The greatest composer's of music in any sub genre of heavy metal in my opinion.Im only just getting my head around this album after listening to it for over 15 years
I love how that piano outro continues where the guitar ended (G-sharp minor chord) and changes key right at the end to G-sharp major. The same key/chord that the album starts with, wrapping up the album nicely.

I missed this show, but I saw the first one at RKTWN at the beginning of the tour, with Horse the band. Venue was half cap, crowd was alive. Good times. I miss crowds with that kind of energy.
Such an amazing song and album. The live performance is even better. Seen them twice now and they always beat expectations. So much love for Between the Buried and Me.
Go, go do it. Followed them since Silent Circus days and the only thing that changes is that they just master the craft that much more. Move the needle further towards perfect, every time.
Thank you guys for sticking together after all these years! This lineup has been the same since Alaska!!! THE best live band of all time! The best period in my book.
