Oh, how lovely to see these little cubbies out for an excursion! They looked very excited but were quite well behaved for their mum (or aunty). It seemed by their sizes that there were cubs from two or three litters with the one lioness in charge of the creche. ❤️🐾😊 The owl was very beautiful too. Beautifully shot video; better without the music though. Such adorable cubbies and mom. Not sure why so many sites think we need music, I'd rather hear quiet or the subtle noises of the bush and animals.
Could not agree more. This was almost bearable, but still didn't make it to the end. What the hell does a plonking guitar have to do with beautifully observed animal behaviour? I really would like to know why it was thought a good idea to detract from the video in this way. Does anyone out there consider it preferable to have vacuous noises made by humans rather than the sounds of nature?
The lioness appears tired. She not only kills the prey she also has the cubs to care for, Unbelievable.
They will grow up to be predators if they survive the lioness knows her job is to feed them as long as she can until then

@Toni Wright - They weren’t all her cubs. You could see they were different ages. My guess is that they were two or three different litters of cubs. I think the lioness with the cubs scored creche duty on this day, while another lioness guarded the kill. It’s very common for lionesses in a pride (who are often sisters or half-sisters) to share cub-minding duties between themselves.They will even nurse each others’ cubs sometimes! ❤️🐾😊 Cheers from Downunder, Nadine 😎🙃

@@tintswalovirtualsafari can you elaborate if these cubs are safe today? I have only followed this Pride for a short time and I know there are 9 cubs right now but are these the same?
@@FrankieKennethL The 9 cubs are alive and well. There are 5 lionesses and 1 Red Road Male.

is it just one male in the entire pride here with that many cubs? how does he hold down a pride from invaders?
He has to fight them off every now and then!
@@tintswalovirtualsafari nah. you guys are probably protecting him otherwise one lone male is as good as dead in territorial fight. you need at least 2 male pride lions to hold a pride down

Edit: I though it is Red Road male with Nharu pride, but aparently it is another pride.
The solitary male is one bad boy in more ways than one.
This is like a School’s field trip for the Cubbies, they seem so happy 😀. Which pride do they belong to? Are they all still alive?
