Is oral sex safe? No is not. Of course, it is if you don’t want to get pregnant. Oral sex risks are highly underestimated. I know multiple people that got HIV infected because of oral sex. Even with a condom in some cases. Remember, HIV virus is not only contained in the cum, is also present on pre-cum. But thank God, HIV is not your worst challenge to overcome. It’s cancer. As usual. Read carefully my story. I got HEV because of oral sex but unfortunately, I had a lesion in my tongue that I did not detect at the time. Eventually, it evolved to cancer and since it grew in the center part of my tongue, was inoperable. Therefore, I had to go though 3 rounds of chemo (awful) but the worst part was the radio sessions. 33 exactly. It cooked my tongue and left me with multiple irreversible damages for the rest of my life. I am very fortunate to still be around since it was a nightmare. Your life is not exactly in danger but your ability to talk and eat is in jeopardy. Imagine eating the rest of your life though a tube (which I did since during the radio treatment, your throat blocks and you need to be fed up this way to retain as much weight as possible. I used it for 2 months of the treatment, but it was left plug in to my stomach for the next 6 months. I have always felt that oral sex has a deep psychological connection for us, since we are mammals and sucking as infants is what mammals do. It not only gives babies their nutrition, but just as importantly, comfort, security, bonding and overall positive psychological benefits. This carries over into adulthood and when we start being sexually active, those same feelings we had as infants are still with us, even though oftentimes we aren't consciously aware of them. It's part of our "human wiring". It's always been my partner and my prefered sexual practice, especially so in the 69 position. Giving and receiving simultaneously and able to regulate our climaxes to achieve orgasms at the same time.

If you meet a guy with a cold sore on his mouth usually in the corner between his lips be careful as he's a HPV carrier and if the sore is fresh you may be at risk. You can get a HPV jab I think it's a course of 2-3. As for HIV most guys are on good meds that suppress the virus making them infectious and undetectable, you can't get HIV by oral sex such as swallowing as the amino acids in our intestine kills the virus,

The odds of getting HIV from oral are theoretical and extremely low incidents. The odds of getting oral herpes or HPV oral cancer down the line would be the bigger concern. Also, the person giving oral is at much higher risk.
You mention the release of dopamine and other chemicals, which are tied to intimacy. My question is, is there a difference between self-exploration and intercourse? Such does a higher amount get released when you're with a partner?
Seems like it would be with a partner because there's a part of it with a partner that you don't know is coming or don't control. Self-pleasure is all in your "hands", so lacks some of the elements of surprise.
@bowed305 No, argument, as there is the emotional element and the increased sense of gratification with another person. But, at the same time, I wonder on a biological level, if it makes a difference or if it just feels more intense due to a "placebo" effect.
It's not about the dopamine release or which sex is better. The hypothalamus gland affects our sense of memories. Smell, sense, taste is stored in that part of our brain through the help of this gland. The reason why sex is better with someone is because of these stored memories. You remember what the person smells like, the taste of their lips, how they feel on your skin and how they make you feel, and most importantly, the level of connectedness you get to have with this person. There's a reason you don't remember your best "wank off session" regardless if it's the best climax you've had, because there's no memory attached to it. But the best sex you would have with another person oftentimes gets stored in your long-term memory where the memory of the sexual experience comes and goes as you try to recall the experience.

Just found you guys on youtube and the work you are doing is commendable. I have not looked at more than 5 of your videos but have read the titles of them all. I was shocked that they were so narrowly focused on intercourse based sex practices. I had to explain that in the gay world there is huge diversity in sex practices. There needs to be much more public awareness and you guys could be instrumental in filling that void.
Thanks a lot for another great episode! Just discovered your channel yesterday and going through the oldest episodes as-well. How that contributes to BOTH physical and mental unhealthiness/risks.
Bad for your body.
Bad for your emotional wellbeing.
"Hearts! ❤ Not just parts "
@@TwinFalls88 lol, a lot of judgement here…. Having seen their previous videos, I’m sure these guys can make a video without judgement.
@@TwinFalls88. I agree
Is there any problem with licking armpits ?
Just tastes so good
I recall in 1990, my doctor explained the risk of contracting aids via oral vs anal..she said anal sex, especially for the receiver was 400x riskier..and also explained the oral mucosa contains lysis cells that prevent hiv infection
We want to see Dr
Tyler without cap at least once in a while.
He really hit the main stuff
Hey there, Dr T… thanks for the info on this topic. Can you tell me what a “dental dam”? … is? And what is the safety level of swallowing seminal fluid while engaging in oral play. Thanks for the extra info… really appreciate it!
I'm a doctor enjoying your contents, Everything is absolutely great guys. My only recommendation is to use a different background, maybe a simpler and less ditracting one. Good job 👍

"What do you find so "distracting"?
@@alexadam353 You know, the texture of the backgraund wall has lots of verital lines and reflections, that attract gaze. Though it might be just a personal preference :). Nevertheless, all other aspects of the videos, especially the contents, are absolute prophesional and ammazing. ✨
Guys don't want to use barriers
Here's my love ...❤❤
Swallow or spit which is safer
Both variations are disgusting and not safe.
Actually, most gay men think it's rude to spit !
Its your reward for all the work you preformed to get it !
How about the person who get oral sex? I guess you're only talking about the giver. What are the potential risks?
Orange juice helps with the gag reflex.
The brazillian guy is so hot!
Very low hiv risk with oral sex
best oral sex cut or uncut???? or is it the same??
both are good
ARE THEY A COUPLE?
friends with benefits
Please explain to us the HPV virus, and are there any std tests that tell us if we have it currently and if it can go into submission. If we've ever tested positive for hpv, what is our future outcomes and concerns? Thanks!!
It must be so nice to have a healthy sexuality and not be the product of abuse and sexual violence. It ruins everything forever.
After listening to all the precautions, dental dams, etc., why bother...this advice pretty much takes all the fun out of it.
Yeah yous right, I have never used a dental dam nor would I , but if something looks wrong with the cake, I ain't eating it , same goes for the meat.👍
Are they a couple? They'd be cute together!!!
Yes, couple.
Dr looks so young.
Who uses dental dams?
Most people don't use condoms during oral sex tho.
Are caps necessary in this channel?#fellatio
Just found you guys on youtube and the work you are doing is commendable.
I have not looked at more than 5 of your videos but have read the titles of them all. Have you or would you address the topics of frottage sexual activity like foot fetish, sexual massage, lap dancing, close dancing to orgasm, and other frottage related practices?
I am an author and openly gay. I was on a book tour in England for a sci-fi book and was in a panel discussing fan fiction and imagined gay sex scenes wrotten mainly by hereto women about male characters. I was shocked that they were so narrowly focused on intercourse based sex practices. I had to explain that in the gay world there is huge diversity in sex practices. There needs to be much more public awareness and you guys could be instrumental in filling that void.
I,m gay and Single from Ohio
Good for it.
Finally, the left leg gets a rest, Doc! 🤣😂😅
Oral sex & throat cancer are connected, are on the rise.
Honest question. Can you elaborate what is what causes it?
Даже без перевода, слушая голос ведущих, можно влюбиться. 😊😊😊❤🎉
Thanks a lot for another great episode! Just discovered your channel yesterday and going through the oldest episodes as-well. I always thought oral sex was the safest sex to do (after mutual masturbation) but it carries more risks than I thought. Even on casual hookups, I usually refuse anal sex and just go with oral to avoid STDs and stuff, but turns out I'm not as safe as I thought, still need to do some Check-ups. This was very informative, thanks once again! Suggestion for a future episode: Auto-acceptance & coming out. 🙏🏻
That's smart tho.
Anal is* by far the riskiest of types of sex.
But... reducing # of partners also helps.
Mpox & the new fungal infection are both skin to skin. I mean less lethal of course.
But @ least u have the forethought to not do the riskiest if all, anal.
What type of lipgloss does Dr. Tyler use? It looks good.
Vasoline
Sperm
Nothing is 100% and if one took to heart all the warnings you mention, he would never have any sex at all.
I just wanna find a sec they're not smiling 😂
yes it is, especially 2 at once
Hmmmmm that was so cute❤
It’s not safe. Doctors say it’s not high risk. It is risky. Sorry
These videos will be great for young people to educate themselves about sex .
I know I’ve asked this before I got a buddy unfortunately he’s one of these people died. He’s extremely shy. He doesn’t like to ask questions. He gets embarrassed, which it is what it is you know
So his question is, he wants to know if there’s anyway or anything he can do to have his all this white penis it’s either hard or it’s he wants to know. Is there a way to get it to be flaccid? How does he go about that? that is his question .
PUT YER DAMN SHOES ON!
I guess i'm still alive.
Safety risks of swallowing semen or should you rather spit ?
Oral sex with condom? Must be kidding
I do that almost every night 😜🤙
Throat gonorrhea
Glad you're both gay like me and both so hot as well as cute!
0:05, 😆
Anyone have their social especially the one with the green TShirt
It's literally in the video description.
If you are in a monogamous gay relationship, is it safe to swollow the ejaculation load of your partner ?
If you're both clean of all infections and you re absolutely SURE your partner is monogamous you should be fine. There is always the chance your partner will give in to temptation and stray and all bets are out the window at that point. Been with a serial cheater for 25 years...no sex.
I can't take seriously or respect advice coming from a doctor wearing a trucker's hat and grinning. Coming across as a joke.
Oral sex is a normal part of sex intercouse. Without oral sex , sexual intercourse is a boring activity.
Nobody talks about infertile couples/singles needing IVF programs because they’ve unknowingly been infected with a STD they haven’t addressed.
As someone who swallows, note to you all if you are a swallower spit it out if it tastes sweet, twice I have swallowed sweet, and twice caught clamidia..
My natural preference is for a bitter taste. It usually comes from the more masculine guys!!
@@AndyT-np8mm yeah it all tastes different, the bitter twang is tasty, the salty makes you want more as it leaves you feeling dry and thirsty lol 🤣. But the sweet is one to be avoided, my clinic Doctor told me that 👍
@@Phillip-p1e Yep, the salty milk has the same effect on me, I get even more thirsty, and end up going looking for a second or even a third guy!!!
@@AndyT-np8mm recently saw a video where a group of straight guys were talking about body count, I commented that they were a little behind us (I wished they were behind me ) the gays, as we did body count a while back , now we're taking loads counts lol 🤣🤣
Aren't you already too late if it's in your mouth regardless?
I always swallow, I have no tonsils, and guys go crazy telling me how different my head game is from any other women or men who has tonsils. They all nicknamed me pussymouth lmao 😅
What are the benefits and risks of swallowing semen?
semen you mean?
@@SshivamKhopkar ???
So basically this is an indoctrination ploy to make oral sex a public sexual topic. Instead of give actual risks of oral sex and the signs symptoms and treatment they talked mostly about how great oral sex is and how to make it better. Come on man, that's not what the title of the video says. Sure we can gloat about oral sex but everyone knows the good, it's the bad things people haven't experienced yet they want to know how to deal with it. Stupid conversation
Spitters are quitters!!
