As a home musician obsessed with step composing (note at a time - you know what I mean) I love to see people doing this. It inspires me to just relax and play something out and then see what happens. My music is improving all the time with help from videos like this. Thank you :)
I would like to see a more custom option where we pay a one time bundle fee only for the instruments and sounds selected and downloaded. this would make it more affordable for more composers.
Wanted to give everyone a heads up. While Musio's site shows Cinesamples products in their catalog, they are NOT the full versions and some are completely useless. They proudly show Voxos, but no where on the site, literature, or marketing does it explain that you only get 7 articulations and NO phrase builder. Yet, they're calling it "Voxos." Here's the kicker, the moment you pay, that money's gone. They will NOT refund your money. Don't get f*ked like me. Avoid Musio.
I can see your point but for the price it's still a really good deal. And if you're not sure if it's for you there is a try it out for free. I forget what the limits are for that now since I've had it for a while. I was actually surprised by just how much is included. You essentially get the Core of the Cinesamples series, and you get all of Cineperc as far as I can tell. You don't get all the mic positions and the mixer. But it's $150/year.
@@rbingraham the problem is what happens when you've already used the trial, like me. I had no interest in voxos until recently. So I never checked out their version. Originally was looking at musio for the Cinesamples core stuff. Looked like they covered all the articulations there, so I assumed Voxos would get the same treatment. Nope. So if they add something new, and your trial has expired, there's no way of knowing the limitations until you drop $150. All this can be avoided if they simply added descriptions of the libraries and what's included with musio. As of right now, it says they have Voxos. That's all it says. No warning, no clarification or anything detailing that it's a heavily stripped down version. Support? Yeah, that's not a thing with them. They'll completely ignore you if you ask for your money back even if it's the same day. Musio is nothing but a money grab luring would be buyers in with big name libraries and false advertising. Word is spreading.
