At the 90 degree cross over in that corner at a future date in the future you left it open for several ways you can do add on if you ever want to to a yard if you want to do a train yard set up or add a different layout to it if possible just enjoy the experience and adventure it never really ends

The expansion is already planned. It'll take a while to get there but worth the wait
You have tastefully improved that! The original was kinda drab but this looks nice
