First of all,Jungkook has way more weight compared to Jimin and Jimin doesn't lean towards maintaining a heavy muscled body like he used to so it's natural that he can't lift jk up and That certainly does NOT mean he's weak ,his core strength will make people faint Secondly, Jimin is not "clingy" he's naturally affectionate and since debut time when jk was awkward and shy it was jm who made him comfortable with his sweet personality
I know lots of people assume he’s weak compared to jk and I’m pretty sure jk is 10kg heavier then jimin (not fat shaming) especially considering how jk works on muscles more. Jimin is still really strong. And I also hate when people say jimins clingy as that’s just his way to show love, he loves the members and is always there to support and comfort them, I swear every time I have seen a member cry jimins always the first person to be there. JM is ok strong but Jimin is light all members can carry jimin but only Jimin can lift jk.
