Yeah, I used to strip the wire, but now I just turn it in as insulated wire. They say you get more for the stripped wire, but I don't think it's much more. You have to figure in the time, also when you strip wire, it weighs less, where insulated weighs more. I say if you got nothing better to do strip it, and if your time is more valuable , don't. P.S. I cut the plugs off the ends, and take pliers and pull the Brass terminals out and put in a jar. Peace!
