The "natural" (they're actually a very light yellow) nails belong to the card dealer not Yumeko, I think it's Itsuki's hands. You never actually see Yumeko in the shot with the non-red nails and Itsuki is the only character who has constantly varying nail colors. Yumeko=red, Mary=light pink, Runa=pink, Kirari=light blue, Midari=Dark purple. This is a small list of characters that would most likely deal cards in a given situation; that's why I didn't list all the characters.
