The comparison must be given in 1080P for the onexplayer Pro in order to compare the performances between the 2. Onexplayer pro has a Thunderbolt port that Rog Ally does not have, (Rog XG Mobile port but very bad system, not plug and play) , one USB A port and 1 additional USB C port for the Onexplayer 2 pro, a much higher battery in capacity and autonomy, 1 or 2 TB of disk compared to 512 for Rog Ally, 16 or 32 GB of RAM compared to 16 for Rog Ally , detachable controllers, a gyroscope, an 8.4 screen (with better resolution) compared to 7 for Rog Ally. The price difference is therefore justified, it all depends on what we are looking for or what we expect from such a computer.
Did you install the latest AMD drivers? That makes the real difference. Setting video mem to 8 gb maybe? The comparison results are really suspicious, the difference should be minimal. Specifically, you need to make sure you have drivers of 23.9.1 version.
These numbers don't make a ton of sense to me, this was the 7840u onexplayer, yeah? I wouldn't expect it to perform so noticeably worse at the same tdp. Otherwise great vid!
The Lenovo Legion Go makes the OXP2 Pro obsolete imo. The detachable controllers of the OXP2 Pro are crap against the LLG's fully functional detachable controllers. Why One Net wasn't able to actually create usable and good detachable controllers is beyond me.
The performance comparison data looks not right to me , same chipset such huge differences 😂😂😂. I have ally and legion go , these three should perform similar .
@@ralex3697 nope, nothing like that has happened to me. But I see what your referring too online. There’s always a risk of tech failing, remember it’s a machine. Just make sure to get one from a retailer with a good return policy. Best Buy is pretty decent if you pay the fee for total tech, think it’s around $100.
You can't compare games with one handheld set at 1080p and the other at 2560, of course the benchmark will be off wack. Change the resolution of the onexplayer 2 pro to 1080p and the result should be the same, this is misinformation sorry!!

AGREED!, onexplayer 2 pro is indeed more powerful
Not to mention USB 4 vs USB 3
👏👏😁 you're awesome
Thanks for showing the benchmarks and all the comparisons this is the video I was looking for.

Lo mismo digo.Y si realmente funciona asi,es una locura la optimización que le metió amd a esa apu!!

so the one x is having the same problems as the ally had when it come out.
Which issues?
@@techbypikeI think he’s talking about the SD slot issue
Are they still have mini sd card reader issues on the Ally?
What issues are you referring too? I haven’t seen any glaring but maybe others have?
@@techbypike
The unit overheats and fries the sd card, so I was told

I like the ROG Ally, just don’t like the placement of the Macro buttons
sony ier z1r good handheld gaming earphones
Why would you compare speakers and use the same song for both? ..smh
1080 vs 4k is a big difference

Here at 1.4k subs
Another paid review !
Naw I buy the stuff myself and I have no affiliation with any of the manufacturers of the tech I review nor do I have any sponsors.
@@techbypike then can you release (or make one, if you didn't record it) the video of the gaming benchmarks you showed us in this review 😊 ?
