I really don't see whats wrong with the 1991 Rai ident. I actually find it rather well-made for its time. The music sounds very angelic and advanced for the early 90s, as well as the reputation it has among Italians.

Commentary on this:
10: Incorrect date, I do believe this lasted before 1991. And this isn't even very bad.
9: They stole the first part of an NBC ident.
8: This was very advanced at the time, no wonder why you're against it.
7: Not very bad but is somewhat outdated for 1983.
6: not as bad
5: They stopped using this, they now have very advanced graphics for the country now.
4: I thought 1979 until 2006.
3: This was somewhat okayish.
2: A local community TV ident is like this. So what?

I can say that number 10 not only was around in 1991 but it was around until 2012, which was the last year that Rai wasn't 24h a day

I agree with TetraIdents in #10: There's nothing wrong or bad to ruin the 1994 ident of Rai Television, even if it's used today
At this point, I'm starting to agree with the ratings, but I feel like some are misplaced:
#4 Feels extremely outdated because the graphics are an indication that this belongs to the 70s, instead of the 90s to the 2000s, even the audio is just, annoying.
#2 Feels like a poorly-edited YTP, or an intro that is made by an 8-year old that does not have the comptence for motion design, like seriously, Estonia has high living standards and a stable economy, and just this for a local TV Ident?
For Honorable Mention #5: It still isn't bad, but too similar to RTS Dnevnik in the early-1970s
