The mod chance booster is rare from sorties (Archon Hunts too), but is quite common in SP Circuit from my experience. Had it going for a week and a half last month from those alone.
I think you missed the target when talking about the mod drop chance booster. 1. it is not sold in market 2. you can only get it from sortie, archon hunt, sp circuit, baro 3. most importantly.. no one uses it to hopefully get random mods.. people use it to increase the likelihood of arcanes dropping during void cascade!
Thermia fractures is also on right now and if memory serves is still gonna be on for a few more days so I'm not really sure people should waste their ducats on it unless they REALLY don't like thermia fractures or they sold it and want it back.
Thermia Fractures really aren't all that hard unless you try to do them as a new player, like I did a few years ago. Luckily, I had some friends that were veteran players that helped me in it and allowed me to get it at a low mastery level. Really served me well for quite awhile and I'll still break it out every now and then when I want to.

Personally I think the Prisma Angstrum should be on this list if not at the top. With the incarnon adapter in, it's arguably the strongest weapon he offers
I’ve gotten mostly stuff for my kubrow and maybe some mods and weapons from Baro, but if I see he has stuff for my kubrow I will try to get my hands on it.
