Bharat ne 1971 ke yudh mein 2500 sainik khoye. Bharat ne kitne badi qurbani di. En bengaliyon ko bachane mein.

You should also talk about Pakistanis who have been in Bangladesh since 1971 and haven't had any Bangladeshi nationalities here. Pakistan and Bangladesh are not much different in the case of recognizing the trapped citizen after the war.
@@tusar2k4 You have to think about their role in 1971 too, there’s a reason why Bengalis think they are anti Bangladesh. They did horrible things in 1971 in support of the Pakistani army and lost the trust of Bangladeshis as a result. I don’t think Bengalis stuck in Pakistan took part in any kind of inhumane atrocity. You can understand the point of view of Bangladeshi people when they say they do not trust the Biharis, but you can not say the same about Bengalis stuck in Pakistan.

I read several articles regarding their situation and surprisingly they didn’t want to come Bangladesh when they were asked to after the war. Also, strangely even after war, there were Bangladeshi people went there and took paki’s shelter. Lastly, according to one article (on youtube too) they wanted to become Pakistani and that’s why they were not talking in Bengalis in their shelter rather Urdu.

About the Biharis, i also think that we should treat them equally and give them opportunities so that their community can also thrive. Their people did some horrible things in 1971(please don't deny that dude) that doesn’t mean we should treat their new generation badly who had no role during the liberation war.
I'm from a Pakistani community and i speak urdu language but I live in dhaka Bangladesh. What i wanna say is that I'm proud to live in such a country with such an amazing community. Never in my life i have been judged on my language and with all respect i consider myself a bengali. Joy bangla❤
As a child i used to think why Bangladeshi people wanted a sperate country even after being in a same religion but i little knew that it wasn't about religion but rather it was about language and dignity. And unfortunately Pakistani people never learnt their lesson. So sad!

As a Bengali from the state of West Bengal, India I am highly pained to see this. When you deprive someone of his/her mother tongue you deprive his/her identity. This made me understand this importance of International Mother Language Day.
there will always be segregation by the majority to enforce authority, be it the on the basis of religion, language, caste, creed.
I feel like them when I see day by day bengali is increasingly being marginalized in my own place west bengal. Hindi is imposed on us by larger scheme of things.
Unfortunately South Asia is a den of social prejudice and than inequality. They will find one way or the other to discriminate, be it linguistic, religion or ethnicity.

As a Bangladeshi I am proud to have my own country where I am not discriminated and at the same time It's painful to see Bengali people suffering. In Bangladesh we have Urdu speaking community too and they live with all the rights as a Bangladeshi Citizen.

After watching this video I'm literally crying and feeling so much grateful to our freedom fighters who brought the freedom for us by their immense sacrifices..if we could not achieve freedom that(video) would have been our ultimate situation under the Pakistani rulers who never thought us equal to them..that is how we would have been treated so long..they even didn't consider us as human being.. Pakistan never treated bengalis as their brother & always treated us inferior to them. That's why today we (Bangladeshi Bengali) have crossed them in all economic & human index. The only thing where pakistan is still strong is it's defense sector but that too will be destroyed if Pakistan could not control their inter differences among it's different communities.

I’m watching this video from Shyamoli, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Watching this video We (Bangladeshi) can easily feel that how lucky we are! We’ve our own independent country where we can read, write, listen, talk and even can dream in our mother language. I’ve noticed that many Pakistani TH-camrs have many reaction channels where react Bangladeshi videos and express their love of Bangladesh and Bangladeshi peoples. But it’s a matter of regret that they don’t see more than 3 million Bengali bothers and sisters. Same of them.

Im a Sikh and I had Bengali muslim neighbours when i lived in Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Calcutta for a while. One of them were senior employees in the State Bank of India and the other was in the Para Military and was a from a family of Freedom Fighters. They took extreme pride in their West Bengali culture/Dialect and even style of dressing in which women mostly wore sarees and would also use Bindi during Social Get togethers. The educated elite class among all Bengalis (including Bengali Muslims) is quite liberal. progressive and forward looking....
It was fun. We played a lot of football/cricket/TT together, celebrated all kinds of festivals, even Dura Puja. Now i really miss those days here in Bangalore where people are very busy and have a fast life.
I also saw this that people are more grounded to their roots in parts of eastern ans southern india...my family is feom bihar.. and my mother and grandmother always wears a saree...on special occasions....and they are quite liberal and progressive even if they are not educated....i love eastern India ❤
This would have been the fate of every Bangali if we had not fought for our freedom,

Bengali Community in Pakistan and Pakistani Community in Bangladesh should be recognized in both countries and they deserved to live their lives normally. Government of both countries should find a proper solution for both communities in both countries.
There is no solution until the day of judgment and Islam is the only solution to remove the barrier of nationalism.

From 2012 behari community given Bangladeshi citizenship. Almost 78% bihari Pakistani community has taken Bangladeshi passport. Bengali and Bangladesh is always a peaceful country with peaceful nation.

Right now there is no pakistani in Bangladesh, I have many school and friend whos origin is Pakistan and they get all the privilege as me. They consider Bangladeshi citizen. Even my best buddy origin from Pakistan.

It's just fate that people from our community are spread all over the world. Good to hear Bangladesh also treats our distinct community well.

After 1971 they’re a lot of Pakistani Nationals stayed in Bangladesh. Some of them we call Bihari, we have them National ID Card, we gave them voting right. They are being educated and doing great. If you ask them about their Nationality, they proudly say they’re Bangladeshi.
This is the beauty of Bangladesh. Yes, we have many problems but we have good heart. You see how we’re helping Rohinga Community. I’m very happy about 1971.

Pakistanis in Bangladesh have been given Bangladeshi citizenship. Why are Bengalis in Pakistan not being given Pakistani citizenship? Bengalis are hardworking people. If they could get citizenship and access education and employment they could've contributed to the economy of Pakistan. But Pakistan doesn't learn from their mistake. Instead of making them manpower they're turning an entire community into a burden! Alas! Why can't Pakistani leaders recognise Bengalis as a Pakistani community just like the Punjabis, Baloch, Pathan, Kashmiris etc?
