The guy that you point out must be the main dancer is their leader name Taeyong. He's a great dancer.
Taeyong is a miracle. When he entered the company, he knew nothing, he had no infrastructure. He did not disappoint the company's trust in a short time. He worked through the night and officially became the main dancer, main rapper, center member, visual, face of the group, composer, producer and songwriter for a company like Sm. It was very difficult, but he really succeeded. Anytime you check out an NCT song, you MUST check out a dance practice or live. They are known as a performance group, and the song hits differently when you see it performed!
NCT is definitely one of the top dancing groups out there. Had a quick browse of your channel and seems like you haven’t seen many groups from SM Ent. (The house of many talented artists), it’s a shame that you haven’t watched many Taemin (SHINee) BoA (female solo) and Kai (EXO)‘a solo works. They are considered the top dancers in Kpop.

NCT 127: Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, (Winwin: Inactive), Jungwoo, Mark and Haechan.
NCT Dream: Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, Jisung.
WayV: Kun, Ten, Winwin, Lucas, Xiaojun, Hendery and Yangyang.
NCT U: Everyone can be in NCT U depending on the concept of the song + Shotaro and Sungchan (added in 2020)
Mark and Haechan are both in NCT 127 and NCT Dream. Taeyong, Mark, Ten and Lucas are also in SuperM.

The dancer you noticed was Taeyong, he's also a leader and well a fun fact is that when he was a trainee he was told that he won't be able to debut because of his bad dancing skills, but look at him now. He also has his own dance freestyles (Mona Lisa, Paris in the Rain, Wow, Senorita etc.) and some of his dance choreos are on his IG acc ~ @taeoxo_nct ...Oh! Also you can search on yt NCT Dance because that's their dance channel where they upload freestyles and dance practices and you can react to any of these videos
