I'm not really in a position to talk since I cannot speak Russian or any language other than English, but your last sentence is missing articles. It should be 'As a Russian I must admit, its a hard language'. When stating a noun (other than a name), its always preceded by either a(n) (If you are talking about the noun in general) or the (if you are talking about a specific example of the noun).
