How about using olive oil? I live in Spain!

I applaud you efforts here, but I think I would have used cassava _meal_ for the side starch. It's what tapioca flour is called in the States, and cooks up into a less snotty, but still slightly viscous porridge. What you have there looks like it was made with a more refined starch. But international tastes differ, so who knows? ThanksForPosting!

You're right, I think it would have tasted better. From my research it looks like they do use the more "snotty" tapioca flour. Speaking to people who have visited and tried it, it seems to be an acquired taste...

Humans are Omnivores by nature, wether vegans like it or not. I choose to be vegan but fully support anyone who encourages people to vary their diet and enjoy some (or mostly) plant based meals. This is a great vegan video and vegans shouting about 'mentioning meat' need to get a life and re-enter the real world. Try these recipes, they're very good.
