    Ignore the Prima Donna in the first decklist without Diva XD
    Primma Donna needs Diva to summon it.
    Add Kragen, Zeus, Baronne, or Zealantis instead.

    Honestly, this deck looks awesome. You make the new Armored XYZ cards look so strong!

    I like this better then the Icejade/shark/umi control because it seems like it competes better with hand traps. Thanks for the content once again, you're the best!

      My highest win streak ever is from Icejade/Shark/Umi, with 26 wins in a row. Though, it was in casual duels XD

    @2:16 before xyz to torpedo you should activate cradle in hand to thin deck.

      I don't think so, because if you use Torpedo first, then you could draw into Icejade Ran, then use Cradle to search something else instead, like Tremora.

    At 11:13, how does Shark Stickers activate its "when" effect at CL6, doesn't R-ACE Impulse (CL4) and Ash Blossom (CL5) chain block Aegirine (CL3) to miss the "when" trigger timing of Stickers for CL6?
    Edit: Upon watching again, I see that Aegirine is summoned first and then the effect is activated. So the summon resolved making it the last thing to happen in the previous chain making the "when" effect of Stickers triggerable

    • @deepseadarew6012
      @deepseadarew6012  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry, I should have explained this, but Stickers works differently than something like Minairuka.
      When you summon a monster on chainlink1, if that summon resolves, and all the links in that chain end, then a new chain is started, so the summon is considered the last thing to have happened.
      Think about the way Tremora works. Once a card is destroyed, and all the chainlinks in that chain resolve, a new chain is started, and you can activate Tremora at any pont in the new chain
      .
      Or think about the way White Aura Whale works. Once you summon Whale with Paces, then as long as Paces activated on Chainlink1, then it was the last thing to have happened, so you can activate White Aura Whale at any point in the next chain.
      Minairuka is a different type of "When" effect, that must activate after ACTIVATION of an effect, so this is why you can chainblock Minairuka in the same chain. "When" effects that respond to activations must respond in the same chain.

    • @kylorok
      @kylorok 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@deepseadarew6012 Ohh thank you! That actually helps me understand the interaction between "When" effects and chain link resolutions. I was thinking about it backwards the whole time. In an example of 5 chains; I thought the "when" trigger must happen at CL5 since it is technically the last thing [in the chain]. But it's actually the reverse where it triggers off the resolution of the chain (ending on CL1 since it resolved backwards), not the creation of the chain.
      Thank you, always a facet of information!

    I've been playing and loving this deck and I'm just curious if you have some tips/changes for playing agains a lot of decks using the Horus cards?
    I've got some wins vs them but I have a hard time more often then not (I'm only D3 atm but trying to climb that last bit and face them quite often)^^ I've added Abyss Dweller but I seem to summon after it's already to late.

    I would like if you showed more of your games in ranked since that where most people play. Since casual is just where people are learning their decks and many will just quit. Nice deck though

    • @deepseadarew6012
      @deepseadarew6012  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Some of the replays I show are me testing the deck in casual, because like you said, that's where people go to test decks. Then I go to ranked when I'm more confident with the deck. So some of the replays are ranked matches. I then only show videos that I think are relevant to showing aspects of what the deck can do. If I have a video where I do an OTK, it doesn't matter if it's in ranked or casual, as long as people now know what the OTK strategy looks like.

    After youve played every single water deck. What tower do you thing is better? Amored knight or the marincess tower arganot? Looking at it from all angels like bricks, space in extra deck, utility etc.? What is your opinion on that?

    • @deepseadarew6012
      @deepseadarew6012  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Marincess. It's more consistent, and the deck itself has 20 handtraps. It's also unaffected by sinful spoils, so it can counter Snake-Eyes, you just gotta stop them from climbing into Underworld.

      @@s.p.963 Only the Armored engine is splashable in other decks. I'm only aware of Argonaut working effectively in White Aura Ghoti, because it can banish Psiics from the GY. It doesn't help other Water decks very much, at least in the ones I've seen.
