Love your videos! Don't stress about the cost of La Praririe. I went from using La Mer, Chantecaille and Chanel Sublimage and a few products from Mecca for two years, and while they were decent, they didn't do what LP Caviar range did for me years prior, 2015-2018. My face was flawless, no pores, lines disappeared, redness was always gone, flaking was non-existent.
I have sensitive skin, redness, rosacea, flaking, and general signs of aging. I'm nearly 40 and the 2 years I used something other than LP, my skin was just a mess. Nothing even La Mer helped the redness or flaking. I restarted La Prairie and my skin has been perfect since. I mixed the White Caviar and Caviar Luxe. Recently tried the Platinum Rare and UNBELIEVABLE. Lines have disappeared, redness gone till, it's similar to the other ranges but just that much better.
I find it as a prevention from getting botox and actual facial surgery. So I see it as an investment. Cheaper and much less pain than going under the knife. Never be embarrassed for spending money on skincare. If other brands I tried worked, I'd be using them.
La Prairie products are as close to the fountain of youth you can get. Just tried the Caviar foundation with concealer and it's amazing as well. Sometimes you just need to find what works for you. Have many mates that swear by La Mer and Chantecaille. While they are good, but just not active enough. They do the basics. And La Mer is nice but didn't help the rosacea or flaking. Possibly as I have a fragrance allergy, and La Mer is extremely scented. It's a nice scent but too much if you have an allergy to fragrance.

JJS, I have never bought any La Prarie but I have bought several serums and creams from Chantecaille, Sisley, and La Mer. Most Chantecaille skincare is around $300-$350, La Mer is around $350-$400, and Sisley is around $400-$600. La Prarie is between $550-$800 for most serums and creams which is just too much money for most people.

Due to your young age any product could be recommended. The before and after picture will be the same. Have used La Prairie and I loved the fragrance and feel. Unfortunately the ingredients will do nothing to address the aging process.

I just can not get pass the expense one would have to put out for those items. Have you every used Votary's line? I use the super seed line and the intense night serum. Love the line. I also use and love Chanel Le Tent foundation or Dior Airflash. I do not like heavy foundation. I also love Chanel's Les Beiges cushion foundation but it has been impossible to locate a supply of. Also, Drunk Elephant's line of products are a must have for me. I am much older than you, so I would be interested to know what your mom recommends. Love your take on life especially, when your mom also gives her opinion on fashion and such.

In Indonesia if you re serious in trying LP...you can come to their clinic n ask for free samples for 2 months. They would diagnose n give samples you needed. Their facials are wonderful...eventhough is pricey
