VIDEO INTRODUCTION: On 1 st of June of 2023, the United States of America was expected to default on its debt!!! and after a long debate of whether they will or they will not, finally the United States has now suspended its debt ceiling and prevented default!! and while most people might think the US default problem is over, what we fail to see is that this is a very very big indicator of the US dollar weakening, and the fact that the US economy is not far from breaking down!!
in fact, if you look at their debt to GDP ratio, while 77% of Debt of GDP is considered to be the limit of safety for Debt to GDP ratio, India stands at 83%, UK stands 99% and US stands at 134%
and if you look at this graph, this is the highest debt to GDP ratio US has ever touched in the past 150 years and today its more than the times of great depression, both the world wars and even covid!! and every time they reached the debt ceiling they have increased it further!!!
and they have increased the debt ceiling not once not twice for the 78 times since the 1960s!!
So even though the US got away again, with Russian aggression, Chineese power and the India's fast-growing influence, one day United states will default!! and when they do, it will not just shake the world economy but will also be a pivotal moment in the world history which might result in a shift of power!!
So as students of business, it is very very important to study this macroeconomic situation, because this moment will affect everything starting from, world powers to the stock market to every single commodity in the international market!!!
So in this episode, let's try to understand,
What the hell is a debt ceiling?
Why is so important in the context of US?
What happens when a country violates its debt ceiling?
and in the next 10 years, if the US defaults, how will affect the world economy?

In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments.

Despite utilizing the correct strategies and possessing the right assets, there can still be variations in the investment returns among different investors. It is important to acknowledge that experience plays a crucial role in investment success. Personally, I realized the significance of this and sought the guidance of a market analyst, which enabled me to substantially grow my account to nearly a million. I strategically withdrew my profits just before the market correction, and now I am taking advantage of the buying opportunities once again.

Some economists have projected that both the U.S. and parts of Europe could slip into a recession for a portion of 2023. A global recession, defined as a contraction in annual global per capita income, is more rare because China and emerging markets often grow faster than more developed economies. Essentially the world economy is considered to be in recession if economic growth falls behind population growth.

It is a government inspired crisis this time. The Treasury have to sell Bonds to cover the trade imbalance and the government spending imbalance. In order to sell them they have to raise interest rates and the old long-term, low risk, low interest, AAA investments (including Treasury Bonds), held by the banks (often due to government regulatory policy), become next to worthless. The next milestone is the 15th when the government issue a new batch of Bonds. I have approximately 350k stagnant in my portfolio that needs growth. Non-merit freebies are revenue expenses for the government for recent e.g. Karnataka estimated cost of freebies is more than yes, it's more than their last CAPEX outlay. Even in this video, you can see how the US pushed itself into the corner by doling out cash to people.
Another thing is that it creates inflation, Western countries have seen it during the pandemic.
And I don't know how did you end up with this poor-get-poor and rich-get-rich theory? In a growing economy like India, just see the last thirty years of data, so many people have moved up the ladder.

I literally liked this video as this would summarize lot of inter twined concepts regarding the money-cash flow with most of the factors associated. However, I still have some concerns regarding the new initiative to not include $$$ as a mediation.
    * Major task would be how to avoid major involvement of dollar by not a direct dip in the usage. To avoid consecutive/ alternative chain reactions
    * It is obvious that US would get disappointed the moment when it realizes the succession of non-dollar transaction. This needs to be addressed very carefully to maintain the diplomatic relations (and some under going negotiations) so as to avoid any further bottle neck situation that (US) would create involving many other countries. This includes but not limited to Exports-Imports (directly & Indirectly), inter country transportations etc,.
*Not to miss, we need address the country internal situation in-detail so it would not create any major ruckus or would create any opportunities for extreme radical situations.

Like any other ponzy scheme, the federal reserve note (i.e. debt note) will inevitably collapse in time. A debt-based economy is unsustainable and its fiat currency always seeks and finds its intrinsic value, that is zero.

It is not very safe actually (US treasury), it is only perceived to be a safe type of asset. If dedolarisation takes effect, USD value will be in trouble and the only way out is to just print the dollar notes (leading to hyperinflation)
