    Very rare that police apologize.
Glad the parents got after the cops. Good work by the 2nd detective on the cases.

Steven asking the family for forgiveness had nothing to do with actual forgiveness. It was simply a power play. If he could get them to forgive him especially in a public way then he maintained control over that family. If the press got involved then it kicked the story back up and he again got some kind of limelight. Forgiveness isn’t for the other person. It’s personal. Something we do to release ours from the guilt and grief. If they ever do find that forgiveness I hope they never tell anyone outside their family. This means the killer has no power anymore regarding these crimes.

That's what I find crazy about Europe crime. Most evil status but she gets out in just over a decade. The people in his family will deal with that loss the rest of there lives. It's almost like giving a murder a second chance when they take away someone else's chance.

I agree. Their loved one is gone their life wiped out but the criminal gets out and gets a second chance at life. Sometimes with a new identity. Astounding.

This almost went unsolved based virtually entirely on the ineptitude of the investigating parties. Pitiful policing in this case, lazy and assumptive investigation that allowed more murders to take place. Repulsive work from so-called professionals...

      Of course not.
In our twisted up side down, world certain groups of people are constantly dehumanised.
Palestinians, sex workers, drug addicts and homeless.
In our reality, this kind of group of people can't be bothered to be taken seriously

I dont understand how people thinks its ok to act like the bad guys..whose giving the examples of love here on Earth? Just because other people are a**holes dont mean you need to be one Show Love Be Love and that is understanding EVIL is EVIL and takes over people Thats why God says hate the sin and NOT THE SINNER.

@Kulena V show love to a murder who killed your son? Really? People are allowed to be angry and hateful toward a person who murder your loved one in a vile way. Not everyone deserves forgiveness. Show humility to the families.
