Yea, idk about exceeding health board standards unless they’re really low in that state. The machines not covered, the clip cord isn’t covered. When I tattoo, it almost looks like an episode of Dexter, minus the murder lol. The dude does really clean work and the whole gift bag idea is kind of cool though.
