Great video. I liked the accelerated pace of the back nine with the background music. It helps propel the video forward at the point where it would otherwise start to feel a little tedious.
we have a lot of snow in Norway and me and some friends have just started a 1 speed and/or 1 glide challenge, meaning you can only use discs with 1 speed or 1 glide. Great fun actually
wisconsin here. i like playing in the cold and the snow because there aren't as many people/dogs out on the trail/course/park/roads/outside in general. also fun to fight the elements. ANYbody can play disc golf in 30 degree's and above. playing -10 to 20 is really more about getting out in nature though. we have owls out on our local course that are fun to watch if you get up early enough.
If the snow is frozen over and discs can slide on it, you should do a fun video where every putt outside of 15ft you have to slide the disc upside down on the ice/snow. A little disc golf curling if you will.
Hey Anthony, we played in Bucksnort a year ago… a good idea on a sunny day would be to put a portable basket down on Loveland pass and to chunk ribbon discs. I have the portable basket and discs, just need a sunny bluebird powder day 😊
It rarely snows where I live, so snow rounds have more of the novelty of a Ript Revenge or Disc Dice round, just with nature adding all the challenge. See also: crazy windy rounds.
I feel bad asking for this but I would be interested to seem you play in terrible conditions like high winds and snow actually falling. I've never seen anyone play in conditions like that.
I play almost no matter the weather, but too much snow thats powdery is a nightmare. Good clothes and putting on too much clothes+gloves makes sure that ur fingers are warm and dry and thats about it really. makes for fun stories and shitty rounds but score doesnt always matter
I tried one season of playing in the snow and did not like it. I feel like I forget how to throw when I dont throw all winter but then when you do go out on slick conditions your run up and plant all change. Anyway I was just itching to throw today so I took the dogs for a walk and threw a soft Grym that was just too beefy for me not that long ago. long story, short, I prob threw a new PB distance.
Love snow golf! Don’t get much here in Oklahoma, but it’s always a gem round when I get to play! Also I think a fun round would be to see you play a round with ONLY crazy understable
I never mind playing in the snow as long as it isn't too deep obviously. I always bring a shovel and some rock salt for tee pads in case nobody has gotten to them yet. As long as tee pads are good I'm good.
If the disc touches the snow, you can’t throw it again until all discs have touched the snow. This includes putts. Landing discs in dry spots becomes tactical and missed putts even more scary
Bought one of your sphinx and hasn't left the bag. I love the integrity it has to fight back. I agree I wish it had a little more flip but it can be thrown hard knowing it'll come back some.
I love your videos. Thanks for posting so many of them! They’re all very helpful. Forgive me if this has been asked before, but what is the microphone that you are using in your videos?
I watch every video and never comment, but this is my yearly comment to say how uncomfortable you make me feel with the gap between your pants and your shoes when playing a snow round. 😂😂
I just picked up the Marvels, I'm surprised you liked those over Alpacas! They feel so much deeper and they are def glidier. One of the glidier putters I've ever used in my short time playing
Playing in the snow can be fun, but I would never play when it matters in snow, only for fun. That said, I think you should play a lot more C, B, and A tiers. Have fun, meet new people, sell more discs.
I don't live somewhere it snows very often. And I can still tell you, probably nobody prefers disc golfing in the snow. Mainly because your hands are cold and hurt and it's way too easy to lose discs. However, I have found hellodisc disc trackers, which I love, as they've saved me from losing a ton of discs in leaves, high grass, and under cars (believe it or not). Yet, I appreciate you shooting today's video and suffering through the snow for us. Them Vessi's look good. Dry feet in the snow are pretty great!

hes a master at work.

Anthony. I’m much appreciate having so much Disc Golf content especially in the off-season. Don’t stop the grind.
Oh he’s a jazzy boi!! Love the music honestly, somehow also appropriately wintery-jazz . Appreciate your content as always !

This might be your best video. I can tell you are experimenting with editing and music. keep it up!
for snow videos, you could do a video of using random gloves when you throw (oven mitt, snow glove, work glove, something grippy, etc)
i live in finland i do trow in the snow. but ofc its better in summer.. mayby its becase i love discgolf :D
I feel bad asking for this but I would be interested to seem you play in terrible conditions like high winds and snow actually falling. I've never seen anyone play in conditions like that.
He plays in lots of terrible wind conditions just gotta find the videos

Love putting with your glow marvel. Less prone to warping than their soft blend but grabs the rusty chains at my course well.
Snow where i live is rarely enjoyable, usually icy. But we are forecasted for up to 6 inches today. So, I'm patiently waiting for it to fall.

After a decent snow, you should do a roller-off-the-tee challenge and try to finish even.
Most places that get snow get very slick. You should do a standstill only round as most would do when it is slick

Your double green screen trick into he beginning was a cool edit

An upside down disc/slide only rounds are extremely interesting. No air shots allowed until your in circle 1
Love coming back daily to find your subscriber count has noticeably gone up
I love your videos. Thanks for posting so many of them! They’re all very helpful. Forgive me if this has been asked before, but what is the microphone that you are using in your videos?
How stable are the sphinxes at sea level?
I bought your Alpaca, Dynasty, and Sphinx (first run) discs. Dynasty is in and out, but the Sphinx is always in my bag.
And your Glow Marvel. Forgot about that one.
I watch every video and never comment, but this is my yearly comment to say how uncomfortable you make me feel with the gap between your pants and your shoes when playing a snow round. 😂😂
Instead of setting a score to beat you do a time to beat and only white discs
With stamps wiped. 😂
what a beautiful sky to finish!

I'm here for the snow video ideas 😅😅
I don’t mind the cold, but don’t like the snow because of the footing issues
Nice forehand on the A2
I tolerate the snow. I live in Minnesota so we have to deal with that garbage 6-8 months out of the year
How about an all white disc snow round on a longer course? Maybe have a forfeit if you lose a disc?
What was the first background song called ? It was great !
Just had 2 Bodanza Marvels come in a couple days ago! Today was the first day putting with them and they’re cash 👍
Finally bought one of those awesome patches!
Being a northeast guy unfortunately it shows a lot and I do not play in the snow. Hate this time of year 😂
I do not like disc golf in snow.
Cold is also bad, you know?
I like to play when it is warm.
(And that is better for my arm!)
Apologies to Dr. Seuss.
We got over a foot of snow no disc golf for me for a while
How about attaching ribbons to the disc so you will not lose the disc in the snow.
I know its not really your main thing, but subscriber form review would be pretty cool video idea.
You gotta putt with the roach!
How about taking winter disc golf tips from people on social media and testing them out to see if it's a hack or wack
How many discs is the 50k give away up to?
Don’t think you will be playing the flex tier. Snow today, Thursday and supposed to snow Saturday
I would rather play in the snow than the rain
That is not very snowy. Thats barely snowy :D
Try RekoX k3 best putter
I have your halloween Roman and it's money.
Get there!!!
Only white disc snow round
Putt putt

First! Thanks Bodanza ❤
