Good information, I ve been using ss for about 11 yrs and always put wet utensils but the wires are still nonrusty. The channel's have become little damaged but still going on well I just keep oiling them. Good to go, they carry a lot of load and mine has never bended.

For wet utensils there is a separate product category called GT-PT-DT (Glass Tray, Plate Tray, Dip Tray) which is specifically meant for that purpose. Will try to cover that in some future video.
There are separate baskets for this purpose called WICKER BASKETS.. These usually stay open without any shutter/doors... If you want to keep in a SS trolley with shutter, then you can place a small grill for ventilation.

Also it feels modern while using them. Regarding your query, if you choose good tandem baskets and other hardware, you'll be loving your new kitchen more than your current one. Erra doesn't seem to be a popular brand, so chances are more they are generic tandems. Generic tandems are not actually manufactured by the same brand, they just market them under their name. If you're getting an amazing deal they cannot be that bad, but still be a little cautious.
If you are asking for Drawer System, it should be Hettich and Blum.. But Hettich is only good for Drawer Systems, for other hardware you should choose Blum. (as of 2022)

Tandem baskets price is almost equal to the normal baskets. Recently I purchased Ebco tandem baskets
Ebco is less expensive compared to hettich and hafele but quality also good we are also using from 6 months no issues

Perforated baskets fall into the same category of SS trolleys, they are specifically used for Cutlery items as they are small.

Yes, that can be done. These trolleys can be placed inside any box storage, just take care of how much weight it will carry.
