For me only URL and Titile assertion is working and when I used soft assert still browser is not getting closed when soft assert fails

When all the test cases are correct then getting error that unable to locate element

May be due to some synchronisation issues the element might not have been loaded

The same issue was with me as well it was showing NOSUCHELEMENTEXCEPTION

@@intellectuallearning8118 Due to synchronization issues sometimes the element will not be loaded within the default time. In those scenarios we need to provide some wait. it can be implicit or explicit based on your choice.

In real time we use soft or hard assert sir

We use both the asserts buddy.
Depending on scenario we have to choose the assertions.
If u don't want to proceed further on some failure then go for hard assert and if u want to proceed further then go for soft assertions
