Another amazing fact about Iron Maiden, is that their lead singer Bruce Dickinson is actually a licensed pilot and they have their own plane called Ed Force One that he fly's the band around in from time to time for overseas tours.
AND ALL SO HAS FLOWN & WORKED FOR SEVERAL MAJOR AIRLINE INDUSTRIES......SOOOOO MANY MEMORIES WITH THIS SONG, CAME OUT I BELIEVE THE SUMMER OF 1982, BECAUSE MY PARENTS GOT THIS ALBUM FOR ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY & FOR GOOD GRADES IN SCHOOL.........GOOOOOD TIMES.!!!

April 10th, 2011. More than 10 years ago at Estadio Nacional in Santiago de Chile, what an amazing night! I was there. and it was my fifth Maiden concert, and, at April 14th, 1980, Iron Maiden released their first album, exactly 41 years ago
Thanks Taylor, we love you too. We actually have developed a deep appreciation for death core and the talent it takes on both instrumentals and vocals. Dickie Allen is actually adorable too. So there’s that. Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Number of the beast was the 1st Maiden I had. Also the 1st on with Bruce taking the lead. It was either '82 or '83 when they released it. I had one of those massive tour posters that are put up in public places at the time. I gave it away when I got married in '86, and found out about 8 years ago, that the poster was worth well over £5000 to collectors. I've seen Bruce up close and personal at 3 events. Not only does he have a commercial pilots license, he also has a WW1 replica fighter aircraft, and he's part of a display team called the great war display team. Being close to the aviation industry for over 30 years, as well as a metal head, it was only a matter of time til I came into contact with him. There is a stand in pilot to fly his fighter when Maiden are touring. The 1st single from the 3rd album was call Run To The Hills. An equally fantastic song as the one selected here. I fact, the entire album is great. I love these old British rock songs being dusted off for an airing. Takes me back to an uncomplicated life, when things were so much easier, and much more clear cut. Oh well, onward we must march, into out daily wars to live love and be free.
Thanks for sharing what you know about Iron Maiden. That’s a real bummer about that poster. You know what they say. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Keep on rocking. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
I was obsessed with this band and when this album was released they came to a small record store you're my house where my brother and I spent way too much time. Meeting them was like the greatest thing in my life at that point in time. When you the record store well enough to know that the only place they could part was in the back and then walk down this hill to the entrance. So while everyone else is waiting at the front door my brother myself and a few other people we're hanging out in the back parking lot. We were kind of expecting a limo and instead a couple of those little blue Toyotas pulled up and the band got out. Right there ten feet away we're my heroes. They got out and Steve Harris the leader of the band and bass player walked directly up to me and I was in awe. I was probably 14 or 15. I was shaking as I handed him an ink pen and he signed my album. It was the most perfect moment of my life to that point. Then as he turned to walk away my foot got in his way he tripped and fell on the Steep Hill and rolled about three times. I was mortified. I finally met my hero and I knock him down a hill. That's my kind of luck. Luckily he bounced up laughing and Bruce Dickinson and Dave Murray the singer and guitarist patted me on the back laughing saying good job. He needs to be knocked down a notch or two because he gets a big head sometimes. They were joking obviously but it made me feel much better. So Steve if you're reading this I'm sorry LOL
Please excuse all the typos. I was using voice recognition while getting ready for work and I did not proofread. And anyone who recognizes my name it is a pseudonym. Frank Hannon is the guitar player for Tesla another band you guys really need to check out. My real name is John. I have use the Frank Hannon account since I was young. If there was a love button on this I would press it. Maiden has and always will be one of my favorite metal bands. Maiden is a prime example of a not to judge a book by its cover. Yes their album covers have that evil look to them. But that's not what they are like. Their music is so entertaining and enjoyable and you can still jam to them. Yep! Sure gotta a story involving Iron Maiden. Iron Maiden was my very first concert back in 1991. Anthrax opened for them. It was such an amazing show, and I wasn't even really a fan yet. My buddy hooked up the tickets and said we were going (along with his dad to keep an eye on us). It was awesome and I was hooked, both to Maiden and live shows.

Nothing wrong with this video but Bruce had so much more vocal power and range back when this song was released. Everyone gets older and the band are still better than 90% of any other band. I just like the early years sound more.
Loved the reaction! I've seen Iron Maiden 10 times now, and they've been around for 40+ years at this point. I saw them the first time waaaay back in 1990 when I was 20, then again in 2001 and every tour since if it comes up to the Pacific Northwest. They are an amazing band, and their singer Bruce Dickinson is one of the best metal singers ever. Glad you both liked them, and I hope you listen to more. I recommend the live 1982 performance of Hallowed be thy Name, and the 1992 live version of Fear of the Dark to see just how great a singer he is live.
Heh, speaking of unexpected things, when I was maybe 8 or 9 years old...must have been in the late 80's or early 90's...I was getting ready for school. I woke up at the usual time, and groggily stumbled into the bathroom to take a shower. Turned on the lights, pulled back the shower curtain, and BLAM! There was my dad wearing a demon mask and a cloak! He must have been waiting for a while! Damn near had a heart attack before I hit my teens! Apropos of the subject matter, I'm pretty sure that the bible doesn't mention "666" as being the number of the beast, but pop culture has cemented it. My favorite Iron Maiden song? "Flight of Icarus." Give that one a listen if you get a chance.
When I was 15, Some friends of mine were holding a séance. So l took my Eddie mask around to where they were holding it. I approached the Window with the mask on, And imitating the crime boss from inspector gadget l said, "I'll kill you". To this day l never seen such terror in people as they up ended the table screaming and running in every direction. 😂😂😂
Hard to believe it's been over 35 years since I saw them in concert. I have a story from my youth regarding Iron Maiden Posters. I was somehow convinced we had a demon coming from one of them. My boyfriend at the time years later told me it was all him though. All those years I thought I had an encounter with the supernatural but it was just a prank! ;)
Oh wow, they still got it after all these years! Every tune is a hype anthem. Powerslave and Somewhere in Time are fucking classic albums I still keep on repeat... when I'm not listening to MESHUGGAH! You're gonna love them for sure when you review them😂. Happy to see you two rockin out to Maiden in the though 🤘🏿❤️!
I really would like you guys to react to in my opinion one of the scariest music Ever written the title track is called Ave Santani from the movie The Omen i’ve heard it 1000 times and it still send shivers down my spine.
Hello 2RG's, last video reminded me of a beautiful song by David Bowie called Lazarus, it was his goodbye to the world, and so shockingly afterwards, he died the day after he posted the video, I'd suggest you two check it out, much love!
Fun Facts : - Bassist Steve Harris was inspired to write this song after a terrifying nightmare he had, depsite all the rumors and allegations that the band were "Satanists" (this is really their one and only occult song). - The trademark "scream" after the song's opening verses was a total accident ; when originally recording it in the studio, they struggled and did take after take after take, due to one mishap/mistake or another. By the umpteenth time the producer or engineer said "Sorry Bruce, we gotta do it again..." Bruce let out that very scream in sheer exhaustion and frustration... luckily the tape was still rolling., and it was kept and used in the song (when they finally got it done)! This song always makes me think of those old occult horror movies of the 70s, such as The Devil's Rain and the like.
Hi Ladies, I just watched your reaction. Great to see and hilarious story. What I saw in your videos is that you have not yet discovered a current day heavy metal singer named Dan Vasc. He is from Brazil and has an amazing powerful voice. He did a cover of the Number of the Beast and has well over 200 videos and over a million suscribers. Now he is working on a monowar tribute album and some original work. Up to a million subs he did mostly covers and a lot of them were from bands like Iron Maiden, Mannowar, Nightwish and more. He also metlized several Witcher and Disney songs like I’ll Make a Man out of you. My suggestion would be to react to Dan Vasc performing The Number of the Beast or Dr. Stein from Helloween 😊 I’d love to see that and I think you will love those.
Nana King, I lost it when you did your low growl "Boyhee!", were you doing a Tall Man reference? If so, it was on point! Haha 😂 I love him from Phantasm, what a strange but awesome movie!
You sould listen to the band 'Billy Talent' They are so amazing but so damn underrated. Songs like: - red flag - fallen leaves - nothing to lose - white sparrows - saint veronika - cure for the enemy - this suffering are so good! Do it! Its going to be great!

Hey grannies if your gonna do number of the beast you've go to watch the original '82 version. The proper version! Take care ladies
Thanks Jason, we’ll check it out sometime. Keep on rocking babies. 🤘🏻🎶✌🏻🖤
Your Dad sounds like my kind of guy. Lol. Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Great reaction!
Thanks babies. We really enjoyed them. Keep on rocking. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Yes!!
Well Eddie! We all love him!

Got cha. Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Great story. 😂😂😂 Thanks for sharing and keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🖤🤘🏻
Hey Grannies. Great show.
Thanks as always Janet. Back to some good old metal by some of the masters. Glad you enjoyed it. Have a good week and keep on rocking. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Hard to believe it's been over 35 years since I saw them in concert. I have a story from my youth regarding Iron Maiden Posters. I was somehow convinced we had a demon coming from one of them. My boyfriend at the time years later told me it was all him though. All those years I thought I had an encounter with the supernatural but it was just a prank! ;)
Your imagination can run wild for sure. Thanks for sharing babies and keep on rocking. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
Thanks Jerome. Keep on rocking babies. ✌️🖤🎶🤘
30 times for me since 1981.
I really would like you guys to react to in my opinion one of the scariest music Ever written the title track is called Ave Santani from the movie The Omen i’ve heard it 1000 times and it still send shivers down my spine.
Thanks for your very unusual request. We’ll keep it in mind. Rock on babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
If you want to keep the rock/metal vibe, Fantomas do a pretty awesome cover of Ave Satani:

Hello 2RG's, last video reminded me of a beautiful song by David Bowie called Lazarus, it was his goodbye to the world, and so shockingly afterwards, he died the day after he posted the video, I'd suggest you two check it out, much love!
Thanks Maria. I’ve always heard that Lazarus is a beautiful song. Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤

I hope you two react to some Versailles, a Japanese neo classical-simphonic power metal band, greetings!

@@nanaking9560 yes please, you will not regret, thanks and greetings from Costa Rica.
You can try first with "Faith and Decision"
Fun Facts :
- Bassist Steve Harris was inspired to write this song after a terrifying nightmare he had, depsite all the rumors and allegations that the band were "Satanists" (this is really their one and only occult song).
Please do "FIDLAR- No waves!"
Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🎶🤘🏻🖤
You need to watch the video
