10:00 There is actually many buildings that almost look like they should have a free space, or could have a free space if some of the decorations were moved. You should absolutely look into redesigning these buildings to have free spaces, to make for more interesting builds.
I just wanted to say I'm loving AtS. I was doing a noob playthrough, but now that I have a better handle on the game I'm waiting for 1.5's launch to start a new run, starting at the second difficulty right off the bat and scaling from there (watch as my "better handle" actually means "hubris" and I end up getting totally destroyed at first seal). Can't wait to check out the new biome!
Can't wait for this! This game has quickly become my all time favourite, I'm truly excited to have more stuff to do. I have one question.. Where do I get that T-shirt so I can rep the game I love? ;) Keep up the amazing work, the care you show for the world you have built is honestly remarkable, love you all at Eremite.
I love this game! Perfect mix of so many interesting concepts and infinite replayability, im so addicted (80h on my first week). Keep up the awesome work guys! PD: Im blown away knowing such a small team does all this! 🙌
I totally agree with the answer to the last question that the game should not be too structured. I always tend to start min-maxing in games in general, even though this does not make a game more fun to me. In AtS I love how every settlement I have to figure out anew what the best play style is for this particular set of circumstances and keeping the min-maxing on a meta level to a relative minimum.
On the coastal grove more often generating small glades: Might be due to the shape; if it ends up as a long and thin crescent, the big glade just might be too large to fit in most areas of the map. If the whole map just was a little bigger in general, it could be easier for a big glade to fit in that biome and it would not have a skewed ratio. I consider it part of the uniqueness of the biome to have fewer large glades even on high difficulties though.

Awesome stream. Thank you for the raid!
Incredible to hear the team is only 6 people! Makes the game even more impressive!

I started 2nd difficulty right after the tutorial, (i just got the game) the maps were a bit challenging but fun until the first seal 😂 i lost
@@architecte1375 Yeah, Seal maps need their own gameplay style, different from the rest.
Can't wait for this!

Thank you for your incredible work on the game! It's easily one of my top 5 games of all time.

Really looking forward to this update. Salt is a great idea for a new resource and the new biome and forsaken town event look really cool! 💯
Hey! Thanks for the livestream! I really love Against the Storm
cant wait for tonight
Awesome honestly !
Love this game!
What's Malzor's species? Any chance of seeing it (as well as other NPC-only races like the walrusses) as population races in the future?
Hi! All I can say is that Malzor is a pangolin :)
@@ZiomSloth Hi! Pangolin was my guess, but I was afraid it was only wishful thinking, as they're my favourite animal! Thanks! :)
@@jmvbento You're welcome ^^

Whelp time to redo the entire game for the 5th time haha
