Nice seeing you react to these, this game also has a bunch of DLC characters and interactions that aren't in this video, including the characters Risotto, Stroheim, Keicho, Alternate World Diego, Abbacchio, Yuya and Part 8's villain.
If you were to react to more of this, I recommend every Heart Heat Attack and Great Heat Attack, interactions with Josuke's hair counter and Joseph's "Your next line is" counter. Don't forget to find the videos about the DLC characters, basically everyone posted every kind of interaction when each new character dropped.
And there are no Part 8 spoilers in this game with the exception of the final DLC. This is because the original All Star Battle released when Jojolion only had 23 chapters, so they were very limited in what they could reference and build for Josuke 8.
Don't forget Weather Report and Pucci New Moon! They were free DLCs but they still got unique interactions ✌

My favorite interactions are the fugo ones because they go off the concept of he was a traitor like the original idea, and thats sick
3. Things
1. Diego used scary dinosaurs up until dlc where we got a new character that’s Diego(the world)
2. This is a “remake” of the 2013 game so a lot of part 8 spoilers from josuke himself are from the first third
3. The newest dlc is going to be the main antagonist of part 8 so I recommend you play it now since it’s not released if you do plan on playing it
They've actually been out for a bit now, really fun character.

You should do Eyes Of Heaven content too! And don't worry, part 8 isn't spoiled at all outside the DLC.
P.S: You should stream the game sometime, imo It's the perfect game for getting started with fighting games. Like, right in the middle of casual stuff and competitive stuff.

Yes, do more of these! I own this game, and he’s such a blast. The amount of “what-if” interactions is so beyond me, and there’s DLC characters as well, so even more interactions to go around!

To think that we would have seen Part 2 Joseph in Part 3 when the crusaders arrived in Egypt is crazy to me. This would have happened if Alessi fought against Avdol and Joseph instead of Mariah
Heritage for the Future even explicitly uses this. Alessi using his stand on Old Joseph turns him into Young Joseph.
(Sadly, for game balance, he turns into _extremely limited_ Young Joseph, or he'd be the hardest counter imaginable.)

Diego with TW is dlc for the game while Diego with SM is free in base game

The game assigns unanimated characters voice actors that they think work, though they often never end up being in the anime itself. In the original JoJo All Star Battle game, Giorno had a different voice actor since part 5 hadn't been animated yet.

To answer your question, diego (the world) is a payable dlc character while diego (scary monsters) is in the base game
also to your question about diego yes you can play diego sm or dlc au the world diego, theres also 3taro and 4taro, Old/Young Joseph, and Kira/Kosaku
FYI : The "R" in the "All star battle R" is officially stand for "Remaster" according to the Japanese website
Alternative Diego actually became dlc, but i would recommend checking the ones that are not in that video as the dlc characters weren't added yet

4:33 Yes, there are two separate Diego's you can play as. One with Scary Monsters and the other with The World
Fun fact: some great heat attacks (equivalent to a final smash) actually have different variations depending on the characters. For example iggy has a alt costume. His gha at the end in his normal appearance haves him biting the nose of the opponent. But his alt costume (which has his manga appearance) has him farting on the appearance.

The only part 8 spoiler is the newest DLC character, but a lot of this came out when part 8 was still early I believe. Most of Gappy’s interactions are just “WHO AM I”

You should absolutely react to the Jojo Eyes of Heaven team attacks, which sadly All Star Battle R didn't carry over from EoH. Some of them are really cool. You could rank them on a tier list! Also, have you watched the old Stardust Crusaders OVAs? That could make a cool video in line with your spinoff video.

This game is a banger its a remake of the game on ps3 and ps4 and got ported to all systems including switch
So in the game, Diego only has Scary Monsters but there’s a DLC where he does have The World.

To answer your question, The World Diego and Scary Monsters Diego are completely different characters in this game, while Doppio is not a playable character and is instead used for Diavolo's win quotes and round intermissions.
