    You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

    I have loads of parkside tools some great some just average but I managed to burn the motor out in this table saw in less than 10 hours of run time spread over a year. I would say its ok for the DIY fan but only use it on soft woods. Stripped it for parts as had lost the receipt and couldn't take it back.

      The problem is that these cheap garbage tools exist in the first place. Not more than just electronic waste. Better to build a table saw from scratch from plywood and second hand motors than buying these cheap chinese toys. Sure it might cost you twice the amount, but I would rather spend around 200 and have a tool that I can rely on, than make poor cuts because it gets out of alignment each time the material passes through.

    if you don't plan on losing your fingers lower the fricking blade. The blade should be kept like a few mm above the workpiece.

      Parkside 8s just a generic brand. The companies that make these tools differ.. though most of these companies are in Germany..as far as i could read. They are made for LIDL and lidl sells them under the Parkside brand.

    but it's so bad that even the table isn't flat; in addition, the movement of the saw is irregular when it goes up and down. I'm going to return it

    Parkside or einhell table saw u reckon?
    I'm on a job myself in glasgow making tv sets up .and will need to rip timber, ply and mdf from time to time

    • @trobert132
      @trobert132 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      doesn't matter, both are built the same way. I had the Einhell, basically the only usable part is the motor itself. The fence is.. well non existent imo, the table is cheap and uneven, the mechanism for setting the angle is a joke. If you want to cut something to a rough approximate, it's ok I guess, but otherwise, both are garbage.

      If you have budget I can recommend to go near DeWalt or Bosch table saw. The Parkside is good but I feel the safety is a big issue, the motor is held only in 1 point, wobble a lot when cutting. Maybe mine was faulty, I don't know

    Salut. Doresc să achiziționez modelul acesta de circular și aș dori să-ți cer părerea personală văzând că ești un posesor și nu oricare, ci unul care se pricepe. Cum stă la capitolul precizie, tăieri drepte și la diferite unghiuri?

    • @DanielH
      @DanielH  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tot ansamblul cu motor si panza e cam subțirel prins de cadru si daca impingi mai tare in el, afectezi calitatea tăierii. La fel și la taierea in unghi, dacă abuzezi, va tăia aiurea. E foarte zgomotos si unpic instabil avand in vedere ca picioarele de sustinere sunt de tabla subțire si "carcasa" de plastic. Pentru hobby si tăieri din an in paste cum fac eu pentru proiecte pe TH-cam e ok, pentru producție sau pentru precizie, nu il recomand. Costa totusi 600lei.
