What's funny is I've done a lot of research on how primal people lived. Because it really interests me. And they actually stayed away from tongues, and testicles. To some primals, it was unreligious. And it was bad for the body. They usually are thigh meat, leg meat, and chest meat.
And when farming was discovered and civilizations are formed, most people have been eating beans, chickens, pigs and rabbits because they need to save the cattle for working and milk unless they are nomadic or semi nomadic. I didn't realize how bad a problem steroids were, until my brother got out of prison. He was pretty big from being in there for so long and doing nothing but working out. He wasn't on steroids though. He wanted to stay strong so he would go to the gym everyday in Phoenix and I would go with him. I don't usually go to gyms. Because of his size other body builders in the gym assumed he did steroids and were always trying to sell him some. Telling him how well they worked by showing off their own muscles because they did them. We went to many different gyms while he was trying to find the one he liked best and it was the same at every one. Literally every overly jacked guy in every gym had steroids. If you see a guy who has what seems to be unnaturally large muscles. It's steroids.

Consuming milk isn't even primal living. Milk and dairy products are a consequence of domesticated animals thanks to the development of agriculture. Being able to digest milk into adulthood is a relatively recent evolutionary adaptation. For anyone curious. I'm Kenyan and I've lived my entire life in Southern Kenya where the Masaai live. Granted they're impeccable traditional warriors but not because of their diet. First off, they're very physically weak and have the shortest lifestyle of any Kenyan or Tanzanian tribe. Secondly, only the Moran are trained as warriors and they eat a special diet seperate from the milk and blood that the others eat. Third, the Maasai don't down copious amounts of meat because cattle are a valuable resource and they can't afford to kill an entire cow everyday or even every week just for food, they mostly rely on milk, blood and some who live closer to cities eat bread. Finaly, if you want the strongest tribe in Kenya to base your diet on, you'd want the Luhya. They're all buff, even the women are very muscular. And guess what, they cook their food. Actually one of our traditional meals that are a cultural heritage is inghokho and ugali, maize meal and COOKED chicken. That meal is from their community. Not raw testicles. Liver's good though 😅. Just not raw. Cooked and well seasoned with birbir and red chilli peppers😋
I had a cousin who abused steroids really bad. He popped a pill or two every day and never went off cycle from his high school days through his late 20s so he could be barely competent at arm wrestling. His organs are probably starting to fail. This cousin was on kidney dialysis in his 30s. His liver was failing, but there was alcohol abuse that added to that. He wasted away and went from a naturally powerful man to a juiced fishhead, to an absolutely beaten, battered, and weakened body all within the span of a decade. He barely made it to 40 with an official cause of death being multiple organ failure. Guys like Liver King and a lot of the fitness world have rarely fooled me. Only the really healthy steroid users who properly cycle, or rarely do cycles at all, have been able to pull one past me. I just have the experience of seeing all of this to be easily fooled. I've seen every stage of use and abuse. I've seen the bulk up and inevitable crash and burn.
Look at Clarence Kennedy to see how to do it properly. He uses, but also followed a super healthy diet, probably isn't cycling constantly either. Meanwhile he's lifting Olympic level weights. Some of his lifts are near at or at world record weights for his category. He's humble, honest, and a true athlete.

I think part of the reason why he seems to be filled with less energy is because of his exposure. He knows everyone else knows. We had our dog on steroids for severe allergies, and the vet told us we should figure out alternatives that work because the extended steroid usage could cause problems, and this was only after a month or two. I didn't realize how bad a problem steroids were, until my brother got out of prison. He was pretty big from being in there for so long and doing nothing but working out. He wasn't on steroids though. He wanted to stay strong so he would go to the gym everyday in Phoenix and I would go with him. I don't usually go to gyms. Because of his size other body builders in the gym assumed he did steroids and were always trying to sell him some. Telling him how well they worked by showing off their own muscles because they did them. We went to many different gyms while he was trying to find the one he liked best and it was the same at every one. Literally every overly jacked guy in every gym had steroids. If you see a guy who has what seems to be unnaturally large muscles. It's steroids.
I'd say it's more the combination of unnaturally big muscles and low(ish) body fat that is the giveaway.
Or they were just trying to sell the stuff. Sure they may be using some, but if you don't personnaly know them, nothing guarantees they are actually selling the same stuff they are using.

His diet is counter productive and very silly given that we as a species have evolved to eat cooked food. So eating things intentionally raw is just openly stating "I don't understand human biology" and the fact that we digest cooked food more efficiently and get more value out of it (which if you are eating meat is a very important factor as you want to use everything you can due to the cost).
Also eating so much meat, even if you can afford it, is environmentally disastrous and not that great for many people unless you are extremely active and need an absurd amount of protein. You could replace so much of that meat with other alternatives and it would likely be healthier for both you and for those around you.
He's just another "ancestral/primal living" comman who uses pseudoscientific notions based in Hollywood stereotypes more than knowledge of our past to create a dietary model. For anyone curious. I'm Kenyan and I've lived my entire life in Southern Kenya where the Masaai live. Granted they're impeccable traditional warriors but not because of their diet. First off, they're very physically weak and have the shortest lifestyle of any Kenyan or Tanzanian tribe. Secondly, only the Moran are trained as warriors and they eat a special diet seperate from the milk and blood that the others eat. Third, the Maasai don't down copious amounts of meat because cattle are a valuable resource and they can't afford to kill an entire cow everyday or even every week just for food, they mostly rely on milk, blood and some who live closer to cities eat bread. Finaly, if you want the strongest tribe in Kenya to base your diet on, you'd want the Luhya. They're all buff, even the women are very muscular. And guess what, they cook their food. Actually one of our traditional meals that are a cultural heritage is inghokho and ugali, maize meal and COOKED chicken. That meal is from their community. Not raw testicles. Liver's good though 😅. Just not raw. Cooked and well seasoned with birbir and red chilli peppers😋

I had a cousin who abused steroids really bad. He popped a pill or two every day and never went off cycle from his high school days through his late 20s so he could be barely competent at arm wrestling.
His organs are probably starting to fail. This cousin was on kidney dialysis in his 30s. His liver was failing, but there was alcohol abuse that added to that. He wasted away and went from a naturally powerful man to a juiced fishhead, to an absolutely beaten, battered, and weakened body all within the span of a decade. He barely made it to 40 with an official cause of death being multiple organ failure.
Guys like Liver King and a lot of the fitness world have rarely fooled me. Only the really healthy steroid users who properly cycle, or rarely do cycles at all, have been able to pull one past me. I just have the experience of seeing all of this to be easily fooled. I've seen every stage of use and abuse. I've seen the bulk up and inevitable crash and burn.

Yeah i buy that. But extended use of steroids is really bad for you isnt it? We had our dog on steroids for severe allergies, and the vet told us we should figure out alternatives that work because the extended steroid usage could cause problems, and this was only after a month or two.
Edit: realized that those were probably corticosteroids whereas liver king is on anabolic steroids. Regardless it seems like long term usage isn't good either way.
